Congrats on your biggest day yet and not getting fast food (I can relate). My DD app does that when I multi app as well... extremely frustrating!! It can be very discouraging doing these apps but also rewarding. Keep your head held high... you got this (remember Hebrews 13:5 and Phillippians 4...I highlighted versus 8 and 9 many years ago to pull myself out of depression but the whole chapter is powerful). Don't get overwhelmed with the note from the roofer... they are trying to get business. Most likely, they left a note on everyone's door in your neighborhood. Great video. I am glad you are doing deliveries because of the human interaction. After three years, I feel like some of store/restaurant workers are my coworkers 🤣 When I have both apps on, I worry about the same thing...will I miss a better order on the other app if I take this one. Lately, I leave them both on until I have food in hand...you can always unassign if a better order comes through. There are many factors I think about when accepting/declining: 1. is the restaurant fast or slow 2. where does this delivery leave me 3. will this order be done (and back in the zone) in good time for that pay (I like to do $5 for every 15 minutes) 4. do I feel like doing that order (i don't like the dollar store, certain mcdonalds, etc). Once you figure out what your "requirements" are, it will be easier to decide to accept or decline. There are no wrong answers just your preferences. Keep on going!! 👏🏻

Hey Shanna!! You’re doing a great job. And I’m so proud of you, I see lots of growth, Even though some days you have self doubt. Gig work isn’t easy, if I may make a small suggestion… I have a base rate of $5.00 I don’t accept anything less than that. If the amount is $7.75 and the miles are 8.5 I take it depends on where I’m going and if there’s restaurants or stores near where it gives me the potential to grab another order. Just a small helpful tip. It works great for me.

It is hard to get out of your comfort zone but you are doing it! You go girl!! Popeyes is one of my least favorite places. My accept/decline is highly based by previous experience with the restaurant/store. Great video! Make that money! Have a great day!
