Sir, I applied for asylum in France on 7 June 2021, my asylum application was rejected by France on 9 March 2022, and I was banned from Schengen Information System for three years by France, this three years ban will expire on 5 May 2025, after these three years? This ban will be automatically deleted from the Schengen Information System or not?

I had approached you for a student visa. I am the only son of a West Bengal state government employee. After completing my studies in Communication English from the University of Calcutta, I had expressed my sincere intention to go to Poland. My main objective was to upgrade myself in Poland and then return to India, where I would either take up a job or start a business while staying with my family. I cannot understand how such honorable individuals like yourselves failed to recognize my genuine intentions, despite me providing all the necessary information. From the very beginning, I repeatedly declared that I wanted to go for higher studies. But the decision you made doesn’t seem right to me. I only wanted to go for studies, I had no other purpose. The reason being, we have our own land and house in West Bengal, where I had intended to do business and start my new life. My only goal was higher education. How did you come to the conclusion that I would engage in something else or flee to the Schengen area? I have no idea. You have ruined my honest intention. I am mentally devastated at this moment. After a long struggle, and after gathering numerous documents, I failed to convince you. What could be more painful than this? All I can say is that I didn’t receive fair judgment. You cannot understand how difficult it is to gather all the required documents and present them on time in West Bengal. With the help of my family, I tried my best to present everything on time, but still failed to convince you that I am just a regular student. I had no hidden intentions, nor did I have any other objective. At this moment, I am in depression. I have no way left to prove myself. I have no face left to show my family. I had prepared myself for higher studies and approached you with my case, but you failed to understand my intention. After failing the first time, I submitted all the required documents for the second time, but still failed to convince you that I am just a regular student. I never requested a visa for staying, doing business, or fleeing the country. I don’t know what to do at this point. I had pleaded with you, time and again, with sincere requests for a student visa, but it seems you failed to understand my intention. In West Bengal, India, my family holds a respectable name and honor, and as the only son of my father, it is my responsibility to take care of the properties left by my ancestors. But unfortunately, you misunderstood my intentions. At this moment, my future looks bleak. It’s not just the one year I lost in the visa process, I am also uncertain about where my life will head in the future. Nowhere on your website, TH-cam, or Facebook does it say how much more documentation a student needs to provide to prove themselves. I provided every document that was requested on your checklist, so how did you still fail to understand my intention? My future is in darkness right now. After mentally preparing myself for so long, I have failed to convince you that I am a genuine student, and you have misunderstood my intentions. What could be more sorrowful than this? Not just me, but my family too is devastated by your decision. In my first visa application, you didn’t even take an interview, otherwise, I could have explained my intentions. If you had taken my interview, I might have been able to convey that I am a genuine student and have no other objectives. Although I had already submitted all the necessary documents during the first and second applications, after waiting for so long, the future of a student like me has been pushed into darkness. I have no idea what direction my life will take from now on. For the last time, I sincerely request that you treat students like me with fairness and justice.
