Thanks. No it doesn’t disengage as the data is not coming back to the ai agent in this setup. So ai agent would accept the date and time for the appointment and say the phrase that you want to say, for example “our team will help you book this appointment “ and if the slot is available the appointment gets booked. If not the if else workflow branch will send a sms with calendar link mentioning that the slot requested just got booked

@@BOSSuccess those dropdowns will appear if you're using a custom webhook actions and if you're saving the response. Check to see if you're saving the response. Hope that helps

I’d say you’ll have to check the mobile view on inspect and create css for that view. But i haven’t tested it after kollab app was out. So things could be different now

@ I found a way to do it without using a premium Web hook so, you just simply exchange the custom Web Hook With Book Appointment and in the start date and time you put the Chat GPT response It’s a more limited function cause it won’t let you add Notes to the appointment with the json, but it works also
Thank you for this. I have seen the appointment booking action which is a new addition and I’ve never tried using it. You’re right. We don’t need custom webhook action note that create appointing action is readily available within workflow.
When you are doing Voice AI, where are you putting the phone number for people to call. On the client’s Google profile? And if the client misses a call, the Voice AI takes over. Is that how it works?
If you check the last tab on GHL Voice AI setup page, you'd see phone number and availability option. You would set one of your LC phone number as the default phone number for that assistant. So whenever you get a call to that number, the assistant would instantly take over and answer the call. If you already have a number, you could set a call forwarding to that number and get the AI to respond. Though I haven't tried that personally, it should work that way. Hope this clarifies.

i have done same procedure 2 month ago but now my search console is showing that these sitemaps are not fetching any data and when i opened sitemap its showing 404 and when I am trying to recreate new sitempas it is saying Ooh...it's empty in here! what can i do now

Thanks. For this example i was trying to create a dynamically generated payment based on the total price. But couldn’t find a way. I wish we could include custom fields on the donation payment form somehow. So dynamic payment not possible as far as my testings go. But you can definitely send an order page link as sms during the call or at the end of the call. Totally possible

Good luck. I’m pretty sure sending a webhook would be possible. But feeding it back to the automation while on the call might not be possible with the current setup. So far i was able to do something remotely similar via Vapi, not with ghl

Hey Keith, not in this demo, mainly for two reasons. 1. Didn’t add asking for name a priority in the prompt. 2. Didn’t setup the capture data field to collect first name. But during my other demos I’ve captured both first and last names. You just need to take care of those above 2 points.

Thank you for the support. If you have selected SMS channel for conversation ai, it will respond to all incoming SMS messages. As of now, there isn't a way to stop that. You can use conversation ai inside workflow with contact replied >>sms channel trigger, if you have very specific requirement. But I don't think that would be the case.

Access to directory listing and private community is part of the subscription. As far as I understand if you unsubscribe you’d still keep your badge for a year but other perks are lost.

Is this live yet, i have an MMA Gym and the child parent issue is exactly the challenge I'm having.
It’s not live yet. Maybe soon. But I’ve worked with a music studio and the way I’ve sorted it is by using custom fields for upto 3 students. Not the best solution but for the time being it’s what you can try without needing a custom object
Have you figured out a work around to update an Opportunity numerical or monetary field using a custom field or value?
Create/update opportunity has an option towards the bottom to add "fields". You can add fields and select custom opportunity fields from the dropdown and use any custom field or value to update it. Hope this helps

What is the custom field for the entire chat conversation. For example, I want to use custom GPT action, to read through a live chat conversation, and then send me a summary of the conversation. Would it be: {{message.body}} or will that only pull first message?
Hey, I have created a custom field called "Message" and I am appending {{contact.message}} | {{message.body}}. Message custom field would initially have no value, but in the first iteration, it would get message body. And in the next iteration, it will then add new message body to the message custom field (which now stores the first message body). I hope this clarifies your question.

What does it mean with there is no custom value options in the select field?
When you want to save the math operation result, you can't access custom value from the dropdown options. Only Custom fields are available
@@HighLevelTechie thanks, but there was no custom values listed at all in the select field, this was because the custom value needs to be a number for them to show up. I had created a bunch of custom values that where empty and custom value was not even an option in the select field until I made them all 0
@@goham8392 That is true. It was mentioned in the video how to make a custom value ready for math field by adding a number. Though when you do the math function, you can't save it straight back int the same custom value. You'd need a temporary custom field or a custom code to update the calculated value back to the custom value. If you have another way to achieve this, please let me know. Thanks
@@HighLevelTechie your solution is the only way I know of without using premium actions. the default code that comes with the code action can do math on custom values but this video is a good work around without using premium actions. my original question was because I could not see custom values at all as an option, I guess I missed the part in the video that said they had to have a number assigned already. By the time you answered I had figured it out, thanks for the video, it is a good solution.
