What you need to do as a NHS practitioner is to make sure you gaslight every woman and girl (the inferior, biological kind), into believing that anyone with a penis, is in fact a woman like them. Play down any fears they may have about being forced to sharing their vulnerable spaces with men & boys. If they do express concerns, make sure you note this down on their records and make them feel they are at risk of losing healthcare if they insist on single sex provision or care. In healthcare literature and appointments, make sure you refer to women as 'womb-owners', 'menstruators', 'ovulators', 'people with vaginas' or 'Cis women', for the term 'woman' is a toxic and exclusionary term. However, DO NOT use similar terms for men. Just call men, 'men', for they do not want nor tolerate being duhumanised in this way. Ensure (or 'encourage') that all staff are wearing the party colours on their lanyards (rainbow ones) and that speech is approved by Stonewall. If any staff member questions these practices or use of pronouns, sit them down and make them feel like they have commited a very serious taboo, and will be at risk of being managed out of their job, at minimum, or might face an official disciplinary.

I think that you are amazing! 🥰🙏 I too was diagnosed with dyslexia as an adult, quite recently actually. I can so relate, since I too struggle with grammar, spelling and speaking! I love how you talk so openly about your dyslexia, and give advice at the same time! I really do admire your strength, and general advice to all dyslexics out there! 😊🙏 THANK YOU! ❤️🙏

I think it would be really helpful to include statistics along with your safeguarding training which is OFTEN mis-used/ over-relied upon by the state, and we know that because the police and subsequent court cases where evidence is required or at the very least some kind of balance of probabilities is required, doesn't follow up to what has been alleged by the state. The majority of cases children are removed under the 'potential risk of emotional or physical harm in the future' theory..... I personally know a teacher who made a referral for safeguarding because the child was chewing their top a lot so she claimed the child was being starved. Safeguarding requires no due diligence or critical thinking skills, that much is clear.

For me I’m about to graduate and I’m really concern about working as a new grad nurse. I’m terrified of being bullied. I’m an introvert and extremely low self esteem for years. I feel like the bullying will break me and make me quit nursing entirely. This was a beautiful story.
