HELLO! It seems that after the hurricane and we had a few electrical spikes our RichMat adjustable bed stopped working! Is there a simple test to determine that either the Remote is not paired to the system or tthe controller burnt out? Also we never had the 9-volt batteries inside the other box since we bought it and it worked perfectly up until the power outage What are your thoughts?

What size is the legs 8M thread or 10m thread?

Do Not Buy This! It doesn't have instructions included in the box and if you have a twin size bed the mattress just sinks in the middle

you know for this to be an “easy” setup, this was the most excruciating hour i spent trying to figure out what tf i was supposed to do. even trying to find the exact video of the model i had was wasteful when you guys should add a QR code or tell us what model we have instead of having everyone look through all sorts of video to find the one to help us setup. LASTLY, pls do more then just setup in the video, we also need explanations of where and how these things are supposed to go

Can the same thing be done if you have 2 twin xl bases side by side?

Mine makes a weird sound like it rattles and now it's not working anymore I did have this since 2019 so I know I'm probably due for a new bed but the cost is to much and wish Medicare could help pay for me bc I do have hip and scoliosis since I was in 6 grade I wish they would leave the messager on longer like chairs do have a timer for it or something bc it feels really good on my back and it puts me to sleep it gets annoying to keep pressing all the time . But I do love these beds it knocks me out.

What if our remote is lost or has stopped working, and it's not a "smart" frame/app connectable? Is there a way to just get it flat, if it's not in the fully flat position?

I really hate the instructions I’m not illiterate at all I’m advanced like what the hell I have 3976B I have a queen bed and I’m trying to figure out where the heck the screws go. It does not make any sense. I’m never had to go through this with rails.

Are you familiar with the height measurements of the I-3976B BED FRAME? Is it a high raised frame ?

horrible customer service ruined my whole day

Having a hard time trying to figure out the correct diagonal position. Doubt if you can remember off the top of your head. I'm getting an overlap beyond the side rails whichever position I try. Another diagram pointing out the exact holes to line up would be helpful - or color code with a drop of paint. Perpendicular for the queen is easy to see, full is giving me a problem. Just want to get this done! Will someone from the company look at this :( ? Perhaps update the video and show where on the side rails to attach the center piece. So frustrating.

We bought the same bed; plug, sync and did everything. The remote will work only for 12 hours. In order for the remote to work again, we have to unplug and replug the bed power connection from the wall socket and re-sync the remote. We have to repeat this process every 12 hours. I WILL APPRECIATE ANY INPUT / SOLUTION FROM YOU OR THE MANUFACTURER.

Cheap frames nowadays. All frames should be much better made. These Sag and lots of "SLATS" are needed for proper support. 🤦‍♀️

It’s a bit ridiculous that I have to find a tutorial online for what’s marketed as an easy assembly. 🥲 In the future, it would be helpful if the packaging came with proper instructions.

How do you sync remote for both beds to operate simultaneously?

Nothing holds it to be flat, it just goes all the way down (feet actuator)
