Graffiti In Tahiti (w/ original Tahiti inspired beats)
มุมมอง 4179 หลายเดือนก่อน
I visited a remote island called Taha'a for a couple weeks. On my way home I missed my connecting flight from Tahiti to LA so I stayed in Tahiti for 3 days lol. It worked out for the better because Tahiti was covered with graffiti (which was a stark contrast to Taha'a). I did my best to document as much as I could. I was with non-writers and was at the mercy of their plans since I was in their ...

Damn I just saw this comment! Wow thanks so much for the major compliment!

Solid video! Love seeing Ich in action.
Do these fit krylon
They fit Krylon ColorMaxx but not Fusion. The Valspar female caps at Trout Art Supply fit Fusion.
@@stolencoats63 thanks so that means the valspar all star caps would fit fusion
@@justinramirez1083 tbh I'm not sure about those. I haven't used them.
They have to be the biggest whole cars I've ever seen! Nice work lads👌🏻
Wow nice
good job broccoli
Lol
seeing some old Selkirk footage was a nice surprise
Haha good eye!
More plz.
More coming!
That's a big piece! I have not done anything that big yet. I get a buzz from seeing my work around town.... I can't imagine the buzz you'd get from seeing a boxcar you've done rolling down the track. Yeah, that'd be awesome. 💯🔥
0:52 twice is a legend
Yessss thank you for thiss
Our pleasure.
lovely size!!!!!!
How long did the fill took?😂
Whole thing was around 4 hours so fill maybe 2.5 hours?
ICH so when i was still growing up in my hometown of Sunnyside Wa (circa 2007ish) the trains would roll thru town and they would be bombed like we had never seen. I specifically remember seeing ur name and that skull on the side of an old freight car and just being in awe. U had a real huge part inspiring me to pursue my art and better myself as well at that time. Now full cirlcle to today and here i am knee deep in my art career finishing up the draft for my first commissioned mural and i come across ur video. The universe works in strange ways my friend. I hope this msg finds u well and once again thank you for the continuing inspiration. Spray on my friend. -Ash4221
Hell yeah! Love to hear it and will pass the message along to him!
@@stolencoats63what the I thought he was dead???
@xtractfn1426 not sure where you heard that but it's def incorrect info.
Amazing. I could watch this all day long. The story of the piece draws me in. I hope to see these pass by the bench one day. I love watching it come to life as the colors are layered on. Gotta be a killer feeling to be working all night in the dark, to step back and see it finished in the light. 🔥🍿🧈 Thank you for bringing us along.
It's funny cause sometimes I think my vids can be too long or maybe people don't have the attention span anymore but then I think, nah, the people that are truly into it will appreciate the footage and want to watch it all and that's what matters. This is the type of comment that makes me think my instincts were right. Thanks for coming along and leaving a comment!
@@stolencoats63 Not too long at all. One thing I have learned is to follow my instincts. The way you editted the footage is quite captivating brother, Superb🤌. Definitely looking forward to more.
@@FJDad777 thanks! Def more coming!

Nice vid. Should've done floaters, my opinion. Still cool tho
So just doing wholes over end to ends is ok now? I guess as long as you have your woman filling in while you outline. ☠
It's been OK. Stop tripping he covered everything he went over. And when is 2 pieces next to each other ever considered an end 2 end?
Dope footage 🎉🎉
Appreciate that!

Great review my friend! Keep up the good work!
Thanks! Got some more coming.
Nice demo bro
Thanks! We got some more in the pipeline but been busy with other projects.
That’s a weird looking train car ....
Lmao indeed!
Is there an actual local graffiti sceen in thaiti
There is. I just don't know how deep it is. It's not a big island. I didn't run into any writers painting while I was there. But for sure a bunch of the stuff I caught was local writers.
🔥🔥🔥
Lol I'm the guy rapping in the Uber 🤣🤣🤣
Yooooo! Hahahaha. I was wondering if you would ever see this! That was too funny. I had to throw it in the edit. How did you find this video?

@shot why u diss my freight
Got a freight with both of em right down the st from me
Ha that's dope!
Growing up in Massachusetts, flying down the highway SHOTER, SPACE63, and SNYDE were a few of the main writers I would see, even before I understood what graffiti was. My face was sealed to the window as we went past a sound walls, autobridges, and trainbridges each painted with these . I gotta say they were a big inspiration as a young writer. Even today you can find these rollers or straights, fading away on the surface. I give my salute to them.
That's wsup! Thanks. Will share this comment with them.
@@stolencoats63 For sure dude! I love these uploads man keep it up.
insane to stumble across this video and my homie is in it. Cheers.
Glad you found it!
I remember going up there in 2003, just the amount of productions they had in parking lots and alleyways were crazy not to mention bombing that was going on. Scan, Zek, Castro, Damo, SAKE, shok just to name a few. Dope vid.
Yeah it was destroyed like Arsn said. Kinda had an early 90s NYC type vibe.
