A little backstory!
I retired about 4 years ago and started this little hobby farm with my husband, who is also retired. I started with six chicks from tractor supply- the rest is history. Over the years we have acquired more than half our flocks from other people. Some can’t care for them anymore, some don’t want to care for them thinking chickening is easy, some had a majority of their flock killed off by predators, some are making a lifestyle change. We take them in and give them the best life we can.

It’s a sign, eclipses mean impending judgement from God & when Christ was crucified there was a solar eclipse that wasn’t forecasted - Christ died for our sins, repent!

I have one eating eggs, too .
I have been suspicious because I see them on the camera and then all the sudden they are gone- but I’ve never caught the little naughtiest! They don’t touch the eggs in the laying baskets just the eggs on the floor.

That's a handsome Americana rooster! How many chickens do you have? I am about a 4 1/2 year owner of 20 chickens. (Used to have 35 but sadly we have animal attacks.)
Hi! Ty the americauna roosters name is Frank 🤣 I also have an americauna mixed bantam named Fred and three tiny roosters in this coop. I have about fifty chickens and roosters. I have quite a few new ones from people who rehomed or just didn’t want them. I have been doing this for just about three years. I love it🩷🐓

Oh no! We had SO much rain too! Water was running over our roads and did so much damage.
It was horrible…. We live across the road from a river and it was super high. I hope you all are safe♥️🤗🐓
I had a headache last week for a whole week. And I said the same thing must be covid ❤ Half of youtube been sick.
