Alternative Processing of Amyloid Precursor Protein In Alzheimer's Disease | Dr. Gregg B. Fields
Dr. Gregg B. Fields shares his latest research on Alzheimer’s disease and how toxic proteins in the brain might be playing a bigger role than we thought. His work explores how amyloid precursor proteins are processed inside the cell, leading to harmful fragments that can damage brain function.
He explains why traditional treatments haven’t worked as expected and introduces a new approach using focused ultrasound to open the blood-brain barrier. This innovative method allows treatments to reach the brain more effectively, and early trials are showing incredible results, like clearing out beta-amyloid plaques that build up in Alzheimer’s patients.
Tune in to learn about these exciting discoveries and how they’re bringing us closer to better treatments for this devastating disease.

an ultrasound would show an overgrowth of cysts, and other scans.
They know nothings it’s terrible. There always offended when you bring in notes, studies, literature and refuse to read them. I’m so fatigued it’s like please just listen to this one time so I don’t have to spend energy I don’t have finding someone else explaining my history blah blah
I recommend Planet Ayurveda to anyone dealing with CFS. Their herbal remedies are effective and safe.
My grandmother was diagnosed with "Hysteria" and my father and I with CFS or "Yuppie Flu" in the 1990's. I didn't have children so another generation would suffer like we did.
'Every morning before you grt out of bed' - 25% of me/cfs patients are bedridden. I haven't left bed for 2 years. Know your audience

Does the needles could cause anaphylactic shock for Mcas patients? I wonder if we could try this
They mostly put gulfwar illnesses under mental health treatment from what I have seen with gulfwar veterans I know
My husband and I have a meeting before every doc appointment I have because of so much medical trauma. Now, him and my son are always present in my apartments and the treatment has improved significantly for the better compared to what it was when I went alone. I am mostly bedridden now but I suggest to always go with someone on your team. Also, don’t talk about more than 3 symptoms out of time. Don’t make appointments on Mondays or Fridays. No apps later in the afternoon. So many tips I have learned over the years I wish I can share more. I used to be a social worker now I need one and even knowing I have to prepare what to say and how to say it.
What happens when you get out of the mold?
The carnivore diet healed my asthma.
Yes this is what happened to me. Was fully vaccinated and no history of autoimmine conditions or any conditions really, then had very mild covid- 6 minths later had what i can only describe as a flare up where my body had ALOT of inflammation- very high c proten and sed rate it turned out and rhemtoid factor- saw a.rheumatologist and waant coming up for lupus and any specific autoimmune condition. Then i had vlood clots develop and a PE along with a TIA (ischemic stroke) all.within a 3 month period- and finally was diagnosed with APS with those antibodies found to be present in my blood. The chronic inflammation also damaged my blood vesssels and tissue.
and caused me to lose my other friends
FDA has now banned food coloring in processed food and drinks
Thank you, doctor, for covering interstitial cystitis in this video! My wife faced painful bladder issues for years until she tried Planet Ayurveda’s Mutrakrichantak Churna and Punarnava Capsules. My neighbor also benefited greatly from these herbal remedies!
There's no neuro toxins in cereal. What an outlandish and dangerous statement to bandy around
If a person has a histamine intolerance or even gluten intolerance, and one of the side effects is ADHD like, could you then call it a neuro toxin? If Red 40 had some evidence pointing to it being a factor in behavioral problems, could it possibly be considered a neurotoxin?
Read the book called "Grain Brain" David Perlmutter and Kristin Loberg. Be warned it will shock you.
Kellogg's is owned by the seventh day Adventist, so is Sanitarium. The Seventh Day Adventists for 200 years have been trying to move people away from eating meat. The reason isn't for health. They believe all pleasure should come from worshipping god, they think sex is for reproduction purposes only. They discovered the more animal protein people ate the more they had sex for pleasure. They own about 90% of the publishing house across the world and fund research to forcibly create a narrative of meat is bad, go vegetarian. That's why there's more research papers published on vegetarian diets than protein diets. They are fanatical on stopping people to stop getting sexual pleasure.

My wife was experiencing the lack of energy from a very vibrant independent woman to low energy less desire to interact and has now had a stroke. Correlation ?
Sensitivity to light/sound/temperature, etc is also very common symptoms.
Thank you, Haylie . Really enjoyed you as a host .your questions, analogies etc. Really enjoyed Dr Aristo Vojdani scientific expertise and gratitude for his deep commitment as an immunologist and desire to design effective, affordable, specific lab tests that identify the many specific immune cells and mediators associated with autoimmune diseases. My question is; my 26 yr old son was diagnosed with long haul covid, thyroid dysregulation, MCAS, and histamine Intolerance; how important is the targeting the destruction of the spike Proteins verse the down regulating the autoimmune cells and mediators in restoring the body to perfect health? Is a hunt, search and deactivate spike proteins through AI drug discovery the wrong approach ? Is not the very presence of spike proteins diffusely seeded in the body causing this hyperimmune state ?
Cómo se llama el dr por favor
Dr Andrew Campbell
Who diagnosed this ? Immunologist? I’ve been seeing big one for potential MCAS with minimal help
The Dr can run a light with a camera up in your bladder. The lining of the bladder has a different texture the doctor can tell by doing this.
Thank you! You can't possibly know how helpful this is! We live in an area where the doctors just brush off patients with ME/CFS.
Have you got heds with your CFS if so look into mcas
Como se llama el Medico ?

Genius doctor
As to lumping or splitting pt populations, it would help to understand Dr. Richard Horowitz MD's MSIDS, Multi-Systemic Infectious Disease Syndrome questionnaire because it provides a map for teasing out the possible causes and even diagnoses from a pt population with many overlapping symptoms or presentations. He has already thought about this, so it would offer a great jumping off point.
Bravo!👏 *Patient Inclusion* as an Ethical Imperative in research and clinical trials from the beginning just makes sense. *Authentic engagement* with people who have lived experience will certainly only strengthen and expedite the process. This also means it's the most efficient way to utilize research dollars.
Inflammation above and below the neck which is def true.
8 min mark = chart of symptoms
Wow, that’s disgusting!! 🤮 It doesn’t exist????😢
Huh. Acute exercise intolerance, I've also seen it called post exertional euro-immune exhaustion... and post-exertional malaise of course.
Very interesting.
So the bottom line is you’ve been spending billions of dollars on Gulf War research and never treated one go for veteran while Gulf or Veterans are have miserable lives and her dying from their conditions and VA refuses to compensate them for their conditions.
I was diagnosed with the Gulf War Illness, chronic fatigue, irritable, bowel sleep apnea all kinds of different issues and October 2000 never been treated to several studies. It’s 2024 and I’m still you know I have chronic fatigue and sleep apnea not being compensated not being treated. I have a TBI injury that Las Vegas VA refuses to treat me for any of these conditions..
