My hubby broke down before Christmas and told me he had been really down for a long time. I knew something was up but I didn't realise the hurt he was feeling. He witnessed a very bad motorbike accident and tried to resuccitate the guy. It changed his life forever and he will never be the same. Fair play for talking about this, we need to lift the stigma on our men. It's not fair that they are supposed to be "strong" for everyone else. We're all humans and feel things. Feelings are normal.

This video is so important, thank you for being brave enough to share your experience and to urge other men that it is ok to seek help and that therapy can be very helpful. My husband also deals with severe anger issues due to childhood trauma and we have been discussing therapy for awhile now, but since it didn't help him when he was younger he is hesitant to try it again. I can't wait to show him this and see if it would be a push in the right direction! To show him that it can work if you are open and willing to work on yourself.

I'm very pleased to find that there isn't much hate on this video (at least that I can see), I too am going tomorrow to talk to my doctor about getting therapy, it's hard, it's very very hard, to admit that there's something off with yourself, so I'm proud that you admitted it, and it's totally okay to wanna talk to someone and just relax and not worrying about hurting the people around you, I hope these things help, and I hope you start to feel better, putting the whole TH-cam relationship pressure aside idc what happens with you two (I hope that doesn't sound mean I just mean like it's your lives of course so whatever happens) but congratulations on bettering yourself, because you truly can't love someone if you don't love yourself first, or at least can figure out yourself first ❤️ stay well mate
