I have a question for you. I am someone who is very interested in evocation magic beyond just Goetia magic. When I scry, metaphorical, symbolic, and allegorical visions and sounds resonate in my mind, or I see things through the black mirror. However, when it comes to obtaining specific knowledge from angels or demons (for example, the first demon of Goetia, Bael, is said to teach magic that makes one's body invisible to others), I believe I need to receive the knowledge in a literal and direct manner rather than symbolic messages. For instance, if Bael were to teach me a spell to make myself invisible, the instruction should not be symbolic but rather a clear and precise explanation of the ingredients and ritual process. Moreover, I believe that to scry at such a level, I must enter a very deep trance state. If I continue practicing scrying, will I be able to eventually scry in the way I desire, where I can read future events that will literally happen or see details such as the appearance of my date without any symbolism? How can I develop my scrying ability to reach the level I seek? Are there cases where people scry future events that happen exactly as they are seen, without symbolic interpretation, and communicate with spirits in a direct, non-symbolic way?

Anyone else able to scry using their own skin? Ive also used bath towels or other textured fabrics. Textured and placid hard surfaces as well-- popcorn ceilings, wood grain, bathroom appliances, and grooved or smudged glass doors/windows. Also reflective store front windows at night have accidentally sucked me into an energy central station.

Thank you for making this video, and this video really helps to have a clear definition of the word 'scry'. At first, I was not familiar with the word because its origin is either Old English or French it can be something of a puzzle.

As an old woman and “recovering Catholic” I am so chuffed to see all these young women so “out there” with their paganism, witchcraft, etc. While to my eye it is all very much a combo of good old fashioned herbalism, rural folk practice, intention, quantum physics, pure invention, & St. Serendipity. But the intent & practice is so much more positive, independent, & at least as credible as the old patriarchal nonsense. May you all thrive. I'm from Brasil and I understand some of the African divination you mentioned and I need to point out to you that the Ifá is actually a deity that will pass the message to the reader not through gazing but from reading the 16 (or 8 or 21) seashells that are "thrown" onto the Ifá reading circle.
