What is even better would be a door that is not complicated and have parts that consistently work and do not frequently malfunction like the Anderson.

Came to watch this video after the top sash slammed down on my finger and sent me to Urgent Care with severe finger laceration. Need better explanation on how to put top sash up. Thought it was properly placed and when I tilted in and up for lower sash, upper slammed my hand. Need better video.

As mentioned in a previous video, it doesn't clear the bottom track and they are too heavy to lift.

Do you have a link to outside trim plates for this type of Andersen lock? The door is on a waterfront side and started to lose chrome shine. The length of trim is 10” (probably made before 2005?). I can find 8” trim, but will it fit without changing other hardware parts of the lock?

Clark you forgot a step that has to be done to engage the top window so it doesn't slide back down.Linda from anderson of Pa shows this important step and saved me aggravation
