If you remember Henry Kreel sister, Alice Kreel she kinda does look like Karen Wheeler 😦! What if she changed her name just like 001 did. Henry had to change his name to Peter because he was probably assumed dead.

Perhaps the only reason Karen's poster is at the Creel house is because she's in Hawkins all of S4, & so instead of making another separate poster just for her, it was only intended to mean that Karen would be based in Hawkins im S4.

Ok so many things are in my mind regarding this theory! 1. Why give her a poster is season 4 and not 3 (because apparently her getting interested into Billy was from s3) 2. Why did Billy became the initial host for mind flayer or whatever it was right during the time he was going on a date with her( probably Vecna didn't like Billy hitting on his sister lol). 3. So Henry killed his mother because she knew that something was off about him, and he let Victor live why? So that police would suspect him. Now in Victor's story he thinks that Henry died shortly after a coma whereas he survived. So maybe they're wrong about Alice dying. Her death was not shown as clearly as her mother's. She was just lying on the floor and maybe some broken bones. Maybe she recovered and was adopted by a family, renamed her which is why her name is Karen and not Alice. At last, as much as I think he only showed Nancy about his plans was because she was hellbent on knowing Victor creels story and as well as had a trauma of Barbara dying because of her negligence. But still he could've shown anyone else I mean even Steve's father is not nice to him or maybe Robin because she was also there when Victor was telling the story (he could've shown them but vecna still chose to show Nancy)
