Leadership Explained in 5 minutes by Simon Sinek
Beautiful speech
Most leaders treat their staff with disdain and couldn't care less about them.
the eyes... yes but also.. the voice.... you know? Look at all this, IT is Trust Please lift everyone around you.. i promise they will lift you There wiill be strong resistanse!
"... I'll layoff you, but the love doesn't go away". Beside this, understanding is indeed an important concept
This is well explained. 😊
arh yes, but you cannot teach this, this nuance, this internal decision toward empathy, this ability to make decisions, the ability to judge exactly personal space, body movement, etc, none of this can be taught to a level necessary. you can move a person 10% maybe 25% but not enough to shift the Overton Window substantially to turn them into a great leader.
I've listened to this three times today. It is so good. I love how it applies to relationships just as well as leadership. It's the little things.
At the Ritz Carlton Hotels, we didn’t just experience leadership; we shared a symphony of beautiful leadership. Our commitment extended beyond mere words; it was etched into our very essence. Kindness, trust, honesty, respect, and unwavering integrity were our guiding stars. As employees and leaders, we understood that our actions spoke louder than any mission statement. But it wasn’t just about individual excellence; it was about the harmonious dance of teamwork. We weren’t cogs in a machine; we were human beings collaborating, creating, and caring. And as days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, something magical happened: we became a family. A family bound by purpose, fueled by passion, and connected by shared values. Your insightful topic on new approaches to leadership resonates deeply. Remember, behind every bio data entry lies a human story-a journey of dreams, setbacks, and triumphs. So, let’s lead with empathy, understanding that each name on that list represents more than a role; it represents a life. Thank you for reminding us that leadership isn’t just about charts and strategies; it’s about the beating hearts of those we lead. I'm obsessed with this content. I had the pleasure of reading something similar, and I was completely obsessed. "The Hidden Empire: Inside the Private Worlds of Elite CEOs" by Adam Skylight
I am wondering if skills learnt as parent when applied in a workplace can make a great leader.
So true!!
Amazing ❤
In India, surprisingly wife-husband keep loving by default surprisingly.... unless we screw up explicitly. May be in a poor country our priorities are more about fulfilling the essentials of life and there is no time to think about emotional needs.
Your exposition is praiseworthy; akin to a book that excelled in its field. "The Hidden Empire: Inside the Private Worlds of Elite CEOs" by Adam Skylight
I hate this music
SO MUCH HEART & HOW HE CONECTS THE SMALL SEAMINGLY INSIGNIFICANT ACTIONS AS THE KEYS & MOST IMPORTANT INTERCONEECTING THAT WITH SOMETHING MEANIGFUL OVERALL
TEARDROP <3
It is very destructive to add background music to any educating/learning video. It will lose ppl's focus from the matters/subjects and speech. It will make listening the speech harder, especially when the speaker speaks very fast and in enthusiastic way. I really hope that makers of videos realize this and quit adding background musics to educating videos.
bull shit is real shit
She fell in love with you because you showed her your bank account 😂😂
Inspiring 🌟
I knew this was going to be some company culture "we're a family" bullshit.
This works in real life not just leadership.
This is how Jesus looks at you and me. What do your little things look like? 5:22
Employees are not wearing uniforms in order to cause confusion. It is hard to file a complaint when you can not identify the supervisor. The freemasons want there victim slaves to endure the satanic ritual abuse with out complaining.

one of the best speech I have ever heard...
I love this.
I’m not fan against my will types of beings masked as what ever reasons you got beyond original wills of fake news
Sometimes, I feel surrounded by bad, disastrous leaders. My current boss is a terrible one.
When you tell me look in the mirror and see nothing, I'm gone
Look at the history
Thanks for sharing Marc, I love Simon :) Do you mind sharing the track name of the back ground music? I love it!
Powerful speech!🙌🏻
THIS SOUNDS LIKE "WE WORK" SPILLAGE. ANYTIME SOMEONE SPEAKS THIS FAST.... SWINDLER
Well, Simon Sinek needs/deserves to be congratulated for both, picking well selected examples to justify his proposition and then presented it in a well structures & consistently systematic way to justify/prove his proposition. For that, "hats off". On the topic of essence of "Leadership", ensuing "trust" to others...I profoundly disagree with Simon Sinek...partly with regard to Research outcomes on the the difference on fundamentals between undertaking the role of a "Manager" & the role of a "Leader" as well as the fact that biologically, 99,5% - 99,6% of the DNA sequence in each "homo sapiens" is "identical" (not "similar"). So, this 0,5% -0,4% of each and one's DNA and the respective Epigenetic marks is what makes each and one of us an idiosyncratic individual...and it is the "character" (dislike "Personality" that many in the position of "Leadership", like "wearing a jacket" (or a "persona=mask")...follow a "Leadership behaviour" with thought "clichés" from Leadership Training Courses.. while, at the very bottom and essence, it is a matter of one's Character and an "integrity" that "naturally" puts some individuals in a respective situation, tryng to resove issues or perform specified tasks, dealing with other people also trying to fulfill those tasks at a certain period of time, acting and proposing ideas ensuing "trust"...Otherwise, if it is a matter of just practice ("Consistency"), then every one can make it...everyone is "just the same"..& it is "just a matter of time". But...It is not....as it is then mixing the "talent", on the one hand, with, skills, knowledge & experience on the other, as the latter are time-bound..."talent" is not....at least accoring to what "Science says...". //Ike A.
I have none of that at work
cucked speech that promotes gynocentrism and being a slave to the corpo
How the hell does this explain leadership bruh??
But one little thing can break the trust
0:07 view all everything on systems
Wow!!
The big question… how do you create a unified front of leaders out of strangers? Not even he fully answered it! But Jesus did and it’s your eternal purpose and true identity!
Amazing man ❤
Oh thank you so so much for this wisdom. Thank you to the entire team for putting this together and I hope this helps billions❤🙏🏽
Simon is great
Is it just me or do all the people in this video look like DEEP FAKES or my eyes playing tricks on me? 🤔🤔🤔
This helps a lot. Thank you
Simon Sinek clearly doesn't know about the pump
Simon sinek is the best inspirational speaker. Forget the charlarons selling expensive courses. It's simple things that make a difference, and it's small things.
