I just received mine yesterday. I swear this is the madeshow standard blade from aliexpress. Just like the madeshow blade on the inside of this tpob blade , engraved it says v power. I paired he still blade with the jeep blue colored cutting blade and OH MAN . the crunch is almost identical to the Andis masters. A high pitch crunch like loose change. With that set say good bye to my cordless masters... I did test these blades on my kemei km-8536 and it's a beautiful set up. But I'll be testing on my play soon. I ordered the madeshow standard blade and I am so sure the tpob chunk blade are the same.
@@DoritosResidue I’ve never used Madeshow but that could definitely be the case. The Play uses the same cam follower/spring/screws as the Madeshow on AliExpress, which is also what JRL uses.
you guys realise that china have brands they sell in china to chinese people right lol, its the most populated country in the world. madeshow isnt meant to see the light of day in usa

I saw chunk blade on tpob website but according to pictures of chunk blade it does not show small blade that goes underneath big chunk blade but I bought 2 chunk blades anyway and a extra pair of tpob play clippers...couldn't escape the great deals on tpob website
What this blade does?
It’s more of a traditional taper style blade rather than a fade blade. Very similar to the Andis taper blade shape.

@@moonashraf2382 they’re my go-to’s! I’ve been trying out different kinds of new clippers this year but always end up picking these up. Very reliable and consistent!
Did Andis change the packaging?
@@azharihamid9992 yeah they updated all their packaging to go with their new branding!
How you like these? I just graduated and been using corded seniors in school but I want to try something new that’s not corded or wahl. I like the click levers and helps my stay more consistent. I’ve narrowed it down to these in sand or the onyx
@@jt2475 I made a review on these and they’re alright but the blades on these ones get very hot very quickly. I’ve been wondering if they fixed that issue with the newer color ways.

Terrible as expected. Idk why folks thought they were doing something new! I already knew just like these other OG companies; they were just going to paint it another color and put a different blade on it.

It seems to be a textured powder coat. As far as the switch goes I believe it was designed a bit tighter because wear is always in mind as andis clippers seem to be more durable then many others. Also Wahl makes some solid tools. But andis seems to last forever. Also the tools are coming zero gapped from factory. The settings are set actually digitally from a massive calibration system

They did phat blade if I was you get another to make it a fade blade amazon has it for about $100
Just got mine last week. Definitely not loud at all, much quieter than previously released Master.

I love the TPOB plays. I don’t use the mini skulls often unless I’m doing a low fade or taper so I keep em out of the way. Nice attention to detail though 👍

@@WazzyTV these have the new Phaze blade on it so it opens from a 0000 to a 0A. They pretty much combined their taper and fade blades into this one. It’s nice 👌

Cordless Masters are still loud. That Black Label should have been much quieter.
@@PhillyAnchor no doubt they are still loud but they have done a lot since the first iteration of the cordless masters. They are much quieter in person.
Really nice review! I like black things, but I think I also really like the syle craft.. hard decision

Andis be over charging. Every time I have an andis product either the stand clipper or charger breaks fast
Andis definitely charges more than some other companies but I feel like their build quality and blades have gotten better over time
@@clippercolt nah not for their price. They should be as much as wahl or cheaper. Andis is overrated

Kinda sounds loud maybe its just the phone causing that
@@Mike-hy8cs they are a lot quieter than the original silver cordless masters. The phone definitely amplifies the sound for some reason. The sound is also a more consistent lower pitch.
@@clippercolt Im curious to see if the sound will get louder in a month or so. Thats what happened with the originals

*I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks & I have some thoughts:* 1. It’s Ridiculously Quiet. Only competition is Caliber .50 Mag Limited Edition 2. I like my click notches on the outside so when it starts to wear down, I can easily replace the metal/plastic groves. 3. The guards aren’t the greatest, but for the price it’s an EXCELLENT deal. 4. I’m not sure about the “Oil Reservoirs” bc I use H42, Cool Care, 5 in 1, etc to clean my clipper blades. How do I know the oil reservoir isn’t getting filled with THOSE cleaners instead of the actual OIL I put on Afterwards?! 5. All in All, I give this Clipper a 9.5/10. TPOB may have BROKEN the game w/ this clipper! My previous most used clippers were the Caliber .50 Mag (Lmtd Edition), SC Rebel, Hawk Edition FX, Oster FastFeed w/ Ceramic blade, Oster Octane w/ Detachable Blades & Wahl 5 Star Seniors. The “Ply” slices thru Bulk, has excellent battery life & the more I use it, the More I enjoy it! 6. *God has blessed me with the ability to fade to the point I can do it myself & I pray u will come to know Him as your Lord & Savior! Peace & Blessings in Jesus mighty name!*
