มุมมอง 2322 ปีที่แล้ว
AUBO offers a special i-series version for the use with AGVs (AMRs). It comes with 2 small control boxes rather than one bigger unit. The second control box is a power supply and only needed when the robot shall be supplied with electricity through an external source. When the AUBO is connected to the AGV, it will get its power supply through the AGV and the external power supply is not needed....

How to set a custom IP Address?
มุมมอง 1923 ปีที่แล้ว
Setting a custom IP Address is required in LAN networks. The IP address of the AUBO cobot must suit the network settings, so that the different devices can communicate which each other. Even though it's a simple & quick process, a strict order needs to be followed in order to change the IP address successfully. OnRobot RG6 Unboxing & Setup in AUBOPE with Modbus TCP

We unbox an OnRobot RG6 2-finger gripper and set it up on an AUBO i5 to be operated through Modbus TCP. Although the RG6 has a payload of 6 kg, it sometimes make sense to mount it on a robot with less payload, like here an AUBO i5 with 5 kg payload. Watch the video and let us know in the comments, why we didn't use the RG2 for our sample program. Visit also our channel "gerenga" (th-cam.com/use...

Hi, I want to connect the Robotiq handle E gripper. but not able to see the USB connection in the software.
Thank you so much for your well-crafted video, it helped me a lot! ! ! Thank you so much! ! !
Glad it helped!
where I can download this version??
Hi Cesar, Unfortunately, we cannot publicly share the update files. If AUBO users start updating their robots without proper instructions, it could potentially cause problems. Please contact AUBO China under info@aubo-robotics.cn with your robot and control box serial number. They will provide the instructions and files. Thanks for your understanding.
Nice video, we have AUBO I5 in our lab. I am using 3d camera mounted on the gripper to find the pose estimation of an object for picking and placing task. what method can i use to send only the 6D pose of the object from my computer( where the whole computation is happening) to the robot.
Hi Abood, Thanks a lot! There are several methods how you can achieve this. To recommend the best way for you and to make sure that it's compatible to your application, please send us some more details about your application to aubo@gerenga.com. If possible, kindly explain how your application works, how you already communicate between computer and AUBO and include some screenshots and photos of the application. We don't want to make too many assumptions and in the end you cannot use what we recommend. Looking forward to hear from you. Best, Oliver
Hello, thanks for making these useful videos. In the video, you mentioned that you would have a separate video regarding the kinematic calibration. I do not see it in other videos you provided. Is it in other channel? Can you please specify?
Dear Chao, We're happy that we can help. I apologize that the video on the Kinematics Calibration is not online yet. We will work on it and update you as soon as it is available. Have a great day.
Hello I really love this channel, it will make my future job more easy to start with. Is it possible to get en touch with you, if I need some help?
Hello Abdullah, Thanks a lot for the compliments! We're happy that you like our content. Absolutely. You can drop us an email to aubo@gerenga.com Have a great day. Oliver
How did you connect your Aubo with the OnRobot Compute Box? Great that you are making these videos :)
Hi Casper, Thanks a lot. We're happy to provide valuable content. We used an Ethernet cable to connect them. You can do that directly or through your local network. If you do that you will communicate through Modbus TCP. You can also use the digital I/Os to connect the Compute Box to the AUBO. In case you use an OnRobot vacuum gripper, our video for setting up the VG10 might be helpful, too: th-cam.com/video/xgbqFrpdysU/w-d-xo.html Let us know in case you need more details or if you have a topic that you want us to make a video about. :) Regards, Oliver
Good job!
Thank you :)
Excellent!
Thank you very much! Let us know if we can help out with anything.
I tried to install the OpenSSH server on teach pendant but it seems it has been restricted to do any changes on ubuntu. I am wondering how did you install the remote desktop (considering the port 5900, it should be VNC)? Is there any way to modify the ubuntu or making a backup of it?
Hi Hiva, Please do not test any changes on the OS or of the software on the actual robot. Nor install any programs that might interfere with the robot system. The risk is too high that certain functions or even the whole robot won't work anymore. Please use the virtual machine for these tests as you can easily restore it. Tip: We didn't install any software for the remote desktop. I can't provide more information as we cannot risk that people who are not an expert do changes on sensitive data by themselves. Oliver
@@AUBO_Thailand Perfect, thanks for your advice.
That's a really useful video. I had no idea how to work with the robot but now you have shed my way to go ahead
Is it possible to send a command from a remote pc via network to call a project and do the task?
Hi Hiva, We are happy that we could help. Let me know if there is anything else that is of interest for you and we will see how we can support.
@@hiwaamiri I'll give you a reply soon.
@@hiwaamiri We were planning to work on a communication via MQTT. We are prioritizing this for you now. It will take a few days though. Let's stay in touch through email. Cheers, Oliver
Hi Hiva, We just published a video on how to send a command to the AUBO through a TCP connection. Check it out here: th-cam.com/video/kiCfOg15Zhw/w-d-xo.html Hope this helps! Oliver
