Hi, if you want to buy train tickets or bus tickets, you can buy on the automated machines at the airport. Also, you can find the ticket counter at terminal 3. There are free automated shuttles connecting to terminals. If you want to have Navigo pass annually, you shall buy through online. You can discuss about your needs at the ticket counter. They'll help you according to your needs.

Also you can get the Navigo pass at the ticket counter. They are selling train tickets and bus tickets and Navigo pass as well. The ticket counter is in Terminal 3.

Hi, Power Bank is allowed to carry only if your power bank has the brand name and the printed details still on it. If you carry an old power bank that has no brand name and details on it, the officers will confiscat yourpowerbank. This happened to me while I was at the airport. But they allowed to carry the people who had the power Bank which had brand names on it.

There are clean toilets and you shall wash your face. But I couldn't find the place where I could take a shower. I saw the people washing their faces in the toilets. And there are spots where you can get free drinking cold water and hot water.
