@@judynelson3876 Oh my god that’s a horrific crash too I’m so sorry to hear that you lost him at 59 at any age it’s tragic to lose a loved one to this kind of horror , and I feel you and thank you for your understanding , it means a lot I hope you at least got an accurate police report and causation 💔🙏 in our case to add insult to injury, The moral outrage of discovering everything that I have by watching the BWC reading the reports and viewing the images in the reports that not only have the public officials whom I have named in my federal state and administrative complaint tried to get away with covering this up in favor of the local driver who was obviously personally known on site and by a nickname by the Nevada highway patrol sergeant who is in charge of the scene. But lucky for me there was one good honest Nevada highway patrol trooper by the name of Valdez who uploaded the final 50 images of the tire which were very much unlike the other public officials images of the tire in that the Valdes images were not posed in such a way as to hide the truth cut cracked rested rotten outdated illegal nature of the tire that blew, As one might imagine this has been incredibly mentally trying and emotionally traumatizing to have to look at the images and to investigate this but it had to be done because public officials were not doing the investigation in the best interest of the public but rather in a more self-serving personal interest of a friend of the department and a friend of a friend of a friend of the department if you will you know how the blue line gangsters work?… anyway I think they thought that they would get away with it that they could marginalize her and that they could just take whatever they wanted from her treating her like she was nothing more than a crushed raccoon on the side of the road for example when the reporter was speaking to the Nevada highway patrol trooper and motioned toward Jessica‘s car and asked what about her the response came “she’s a girl from the Rez” not even giving her the dignity of speaking her own name! There is also a Churchill County sheriffs deputy who is heard repeatedly disparaging her. Many of them had conversations as to who she was and if anybody knew who she was. Do you know they’re going to claim that it was just part of the investigation why they were discussing if anyone knew her who she was or whatever but I think it was kind of openly Trying to sort out whether or not they thought they could get away with marginalizing her because I think little by little when you watch the behavior of the sergeant and really parse it out The way the troopers went through the victims car with a fine tooth comb checking tread depth tire pressure taking in depth throughout pictures of all of the side walls of the victims car and even commenting about her fourth mismatched tire while simultaneously standing amid the wreckage and the seven mismatch tires on the drilling rig none of which took pictures as in-depth and detailed as the pictures of the side wall of the victims car Anyway even the average layperson analyzing these videos and fairly quickly to do’s that the NHP were working in the favor of the driver You can listen to the radio traffic and dispatch is trying to get information on the weight of the truck and they are put off and the license plate that was a fix to the big rig was repeatedly called in and repeatedly came back with no match This was reportedly “fixed“ in the NHP report which states that the plate that was on the rig was redacted but the right plate was redacted so unless we can get a copy of that police report that is not redacted there’s no way for the average person to ever even verify that information either Anyway after watching this for a while and analyzing these various videos seems to me that these public officials participated and they they became aware that this game was going to be called in favor of the driver so to speak And proof of that is reflected in their own reports their own body worn cameras in their own digital image is included in the disc of 431 images 50 of which were thank God in heaven provided by the Reel Nevada highway patrol trooper Valdes and his 50 images he uploaded to the shared an HP server it’s so clearly show the tire being posed with by a NHP OR MIRT OR CVSI … end it shows the tire is rusted cut cracked rotten and is seven years old There is an administrative complaint that is currently being investigated by the department of professional responsibility as well as you know I have filed a federal and state complaint as well so yeah that jewelry that was taken was collected by Jessica ever since she was eight years old she was so delighted by her mothers gift of her first real gold and real jewelry it was a 10 karat gold green peridot double setting it fit on her phone and you would think I gave her the moon I was so taken by how delighted she was by the fine jewelry that I always took care to give her beautiful items of fine jewelry throughout her life as did other family members she had a vast collection of family heirloom jewelry that was both fine gold and silver with some very expensive stones a lot of black hills gold Many beautiful things and they falsified their reports to say that she had no property with her other than one black purse and some personal property they further falsified it by saying that they gave the property to me but body worn cameras and other records prove this is also a lie the very next day after the crash myself and Jessica‘s sister both called a highway patrol who both claimed that not only did she not have any property with her that there was no property in the car but when I asked about my gun that they NHK confiscated unlawfully but which I allowed them to do under duress they tried to claim that there was no gun that they didn’t know anything about a gun but that would be impossible if you watch the body worn cameras anyhow they said that if there was any property that the Churchill county sheriffs department of course we called them too and they said there was no property So it’s all pretty cut and dried it’s just a matter of the fat lady singing and saying I will at the top of my lungs ironic how when I’m sitting on the ground crying for my daughter and they’re all standing around me during the headlights not knowing how they’re gonna deal with the situation of me crashing their cover up party riding that fine line between violating my constitutional protected right to be there and their desire to get me out of there as I realize they are not giving me any information I say well I’ve got the rest of my life to figure out what happened here So be it Because I miss that girl every day every hour of every day and everything that I enjoy purposefully so it is to maintain my state of health and mental health I always think to myself she could or would be here with me enjoying this also it’s a shame that the man who caused this crash did so because he was too goddamn cheap to buy some tires and he didn’t care what might happen to someone on the highway which is evidenced when you watch his behavior at the hospital when his blood is being drawn and then later went after he had been at the crash scene crying begging for forgiveness which I immediately gave to him thinking surely no one could have intentionally done this He promised he would pay for her funeral two weeks later when I called him and said this is Shelly Jessica‘s mom he said who and I said Jessica‘s mom and he let out a half of a laugh and he again said who?! And I said Jessica Gomez you know the girl you killed on the highway two weeks ago , I told him the bill was nearly $4000 he hollered at me and said I already told you people to call the church! He hung up

Anyway this former Nevada highway patrol man trooper Marenco was the only person to have ever made physical contact with the guitar case that had her jewelry in the bottom anyway this is currently being investigated by the state of Nevada. And I have filed federal lawsuit Against him and the others who participating in covering up the true causation of this crash which was the owner operators use of a cut cracked rusted rotten out dated seven-year-old used tire on the front left steering axle of is 117,500 pound drilling rig not 10 miles away from his yard as he traveled out to salt Wells at 3:30 in the afternoon on Sunday with fictitious plates…. He crashed into my beloved Jessica and killed her instantly. Luckily for me a brave trooper by the name of Valdez who for some reason also no longer works for Nevada highway patrol , Took 50 images and uploaded them to the shared Nevada highway patrol server these images were different than the other images which were posed in such a way as to hide the cut cracked rusted rotten outdated state of this tire that failed. The NHP susergeant knew the owner operator by a nickname not by the name on his drivers license and he knew him by sight. , anyway they attempted to cover this up and I have been able to uncover it using their own body worn cameras their own reports and their own images what they tried to do was say that it was a mechanical failure and that there was no human factor However thanking God for the former trooper Valdez I have been able to show that this was a reckless driving and a vehicle or manslaughter it was not mechanical failure as was falsely reported by the highway patrol. Using a seven-year-old put cracked arrested rotten outdated tire On the front steering axle of 117,500 pound really read was the human factor that cause this crash in my opinion. And I believe I have all the evidence I need to prove this in court when the day comes, and it will come

@@QEDOma well if you go by the Nevada highway patrol report it was but a mere mechanical failure a tire that blew. , but if you dig deeper into the Nevada highway patrol report and the last 50 images which were uploaded to the shared Nevada highway patrol server by a former trooper by the name of Valdez images 360_2624 through images 360_2673 you will find images completely unlike the other images in that these images do not appear to be staged so as to hide the cut cracked rusted rotten seven year old illegal condition of the used Tire That the owner operator of a 117,500 pound drilling rig recklessly drove On a Sunday not 10 miles away from his yard headed out to do it a job at SALT Wells at 3:30 in the afternoon The tire failed and the owner operator crashed into my beloved daughter killing her instantly literally knocking her brain out of the back of her head and mangling her and if that wasn’t bad enough.. Anyway what caused such a horrific wreck absolutely a human factor not a mechanical error or failure as was so falsely reported take a look at the other videos and you will see the one that shows the tire zoomed in with incredibly rusted steel building incredibly cracked and cut seven year old tire being posed with by 8 Nevada Highway patrol public official … Please like share and subscribe and spread the word as we all pray for Jessica and for justice for Jessica and to bring the responsible party for this horrific death to justice and to bring the public officials who would abuse their power Internet attempt to cover up the true causation of this horrific death in favor of the local owner operator who apparently is personally known by the Nevada highway patrol sergeant who was the big boss on the scene and who knew the driver on site and via nickname not the name on his drivers license there was also a fictitious plate that apparently has been you know fixed and take a look at what happened when he went to the hospital for a blood draw there’s just so many elements to this it will blow your mind anyway I have an eighth grade education and I am currently working on a federal state and administrative complaint which have been filed and completed just not litigated yet but when this is all over with I promise I will be writing a screenplay and telling this whole story I’ll be sure to include the many TH-cam people who gave a damn and their comments and concern which have been the salve that has been able to help heal my broken heart and restore my faith in my fellow man. Regardless of the retread process and brand that a fleet selects, they can utilize a database to determine the casing inspection rejection rates of different casings by brand, wheel position and application. This can serve as an initial indicator for casing quality assessment.” When retreading, one of the biggest casing quality concern when retreading a tire is for sure the belt separation. Most of the time it’s hidden into the belt package and cannot be detected during a visual and tactile inspection. “Top quality retreaders will not retread a tire that does not pass very careful inspections [such as shearography and non-destructive testing] to be certain that the casing is suitable for another successful life,” said Harvey Brodsky, managing director of the Retread Tire Association. Many retreaders, such as Marangoni, use a Shearography inspection machine to detect any belt separation. While Goodyear does not mandate the use of shearography when it comes to tire inspection, it does offer shearography equipment for its Goodyear Authorized Retreader Network. Goodyear’s Commercial Tire and Service Centers retread facilities use electronic discharge devices instead of shearography to find nail-hole casing penetrations that can be difficult to detect visually. “We also use a multi-level pressure system to detect weak or broken cords in the upper sidewalls of casings that have not been detectable via other inspection methods such as x-ray,” explained Todd Labbe, general manager, commercial retreads, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.  Maintaining correct inflation pressure is the single most important practice that a fleet can employ to help maintain casing integrity. Underinflation causes tires to flex as they roll down the highway. This results in internal heat build-up. Excessive heat can cause a tire’s components to deteriorate, which can compromise casing integrity. Incorrect inflation also can hurt fuel economy since underinflated tires force truck engines to work harder. “We recommend that fleets check inflation pressures at least once a week. Keeping trucks properly aligned is another important practice,” Labbe said. “Over time, a regular alignment program can boost tire mileage and reduce the occurrence of irregular tire wear.” Other than inflation, the tire history plays a large role in the quality of the casing. Matt Schnedler, retread product marketing manager, Bridgestone Commercial Solutions, explained that overloading, explained that not pulling at the proper depth and misapplication (in addition to underinflation) are tire aspects that will severely limit the useful life of the casing. Additionally, it’s important to keep the vehicles properly aligned and replace the suspension parts when they are worn. Some fleets also include tire/retread rotations as part of their maintenance practice. “Fleets should always have a good written maintenance policy in place … This policy should cover the casings, number of times a quality casing will be retreaded based on the vehicle usage, casing age and condition, tire position, type and quality of the new retreads,” Michelin’s Crehan agreed. “In most instances, a fleet rarely purchases casings to retread them but rather utilizes the casing assets it already has in its fleet. This asset value is then not part of the cost equation of a retread.”

I feel like I know her..I'm not a nut but I've dreamt about her 2 nights in a row. I live outside of Vernon b.c.Canada on a native reserve. I'm not native but I left home when I was very young and I've seen alot of things. I'm 60 years old..born in 64. I was randomly on Utube and I came across the body cam footage and I was absolutely appalled at the way it was handled. They don't treat natives very good here in Canada but in the u.s. I think it's worse.I live in the Okanagan valley in b.c. Canada and I have lived on 3 resvres here off the grid with my 2 dogs. I met a man a a ranch 4 years ago in Princeton b.c. and ran into problems with the people that ran it. They were just taking advantage of folks that were homeless and promising the sun moon and stars to people that would work there Our horse got stolen from there. So what caused it?
