I lost my brother as a teenager when a guy run him down with a motorcycle as my brother walked on the road. I worked building tires at Kelly Springfield Tire Co. In Fayetteville N.C and I worked at every stage of building tires over money years. If folks do not know the process, the materials and the complete process of assembling all the components then they are only speculating on the tires. The steel belts are embedded in rubber before they go on the carcass of the tire. The can not rust even if water was inside the tire and rim for months. The tread and rubber coating on the steel belt has got to be removed for water to make contact and cause rust. Wear can cause this as can the accident. Let me know if I can be of any help. A blind man could see that these tires are no good!! The driver and Company owner of this rig needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! This rig was an accident waiting to happen. The end result is truly horrific! My deepest sympathy for the family of the precious loved one.

In Fayetteville N.C and I worked at every stage of building tires over money years. If folks do not know the process, the materials and the complete process of assembling all the components then they are only speculating on the tires. The steel belts are embedded in rubber before they go on the carcass of the tire. The can not rust even if water was inside the tire and rim for months. The tread and rubber coating on the steel belt has got to be removed for water to make contact and cause rust. Wear can cause this as can the accident. Let me know if I can be of any help. A blind man could see that these tires are no good!! The driver and Company owner of this rig needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! This rig was an accident waiting to happen. The end result is truly horrific! My deepest sympathy for the family of the precious loved one.

I have learned through a Markle agent that this crash was settled by the decedent's son for the "maximum payout" (which according to an attorney who worked on the case early on after the fatal crash, the policy maxed out at 6 million dollars.) Also, I am troubled that the Markle Insurance company investigator may also have had to have not done due diligence, or turned a blind eye to the Valdez images which are highly contradictory to the NHP written portion of the fatal crash report which state no human factor and equipment failure... as the Valdez images clearly reveal, and what all of the other officers images did not, and that is images such as image 360_2643 which is remarkably the ONLY photo out of 431 NHP evidence images which shows the date code on the tire (6/2015) which was absolutely ancient and one million percent illegal to have been placed into service on a 117,500lb vehicles front steer axle! ..The image 360_2636 clearly shows cracks around the bead and 360_2633 TO 360_2635 show rusted through steel cords sticking out in many places, proving the tire was a highly illegal tire to have been on the 117,500 lb drill rig and traveling down a U.S. highway for profit.
The crash happened not 10 miles away from the yard, Welsco was purportedly traveling to go do a job in Salt Wells, Nevada, that Sunday at 3:00 in the afternoon. The Nevada Plate 110946P that was found to be affixed to the rig was, according to NHP dispatch, repeatedly coming back, "no match".
The fictitious plate problem was seemingly "fixed" by NHP in page 1 of the NHP Level collision: supplemental report of investigation for case number 221001704 which states, "The drill rig and a Nevada license plate of (REDACTED). The correct plate on the vehicle should have been (REDACTED). leaving no one but the authorities who would have access to the unredacted reports any means to even verify the Rig was even lawfully registered in the State of Nevada.
Insurance fraud hurts everyone, and so, when confronted with a case as serious as what we have revealed here...... that is the State Highway patrol have provided a criminal local businessman a falsified NHP police report and covered up the true cause and nature of this fatal crash, which in all technicality, is a vehicular manslaughter crime cover up committed by means of collusion and conspiracy of Nevada state officials.

The Welsco owner operator had insurance policy AWWA000366 with Markle effective 01/01/2022 to 01/01/2023. Markel American Insurance Company specializes in providing niche and specialty auto insurance.
This Insurance company was in my opinion, apparently defrauded by Welsco in January of 2022 when Welsco got insurance policy AWWA000366 from Markle, as common sense dictates that, surely within Markle's contracting with Welsco to have Markle provide them with insurance Welsco would naturally be warranting to Markle that Welsco is lawfully operating and maintaining safe equipment, (which includes tires), which brings me to my issue with how this all went down., if on January 1, 2022 Welsco drilling had good safe non rusted non cracked non outdated non damaged non cut tires on his rig when it was insured why wouldn't those same good safe tires not still be present on the rig 10 months later? surely Welsco would not remove good safe tires from his steer axle and install the rusted cracked cut outdated and mismatched tire(s) that are proven to have been installed on the 117,500lb rig, therefore, it would appear that Welsco fraudulently misrepresented the true condition of the drill rig when he contracted with Markle to get insurance for his 117,500lb drill rig., this is proven by what is revealed by NHP evidence images found in an NHP evidence photo disk for crash report 221001704, but which were never mentioned in the Nevada Highway patrol's falsified report which omitted the facts found in the images Taken by NHP Trooper Valdez on 10/25/2022 which reveal the other investigating NHP staged their images of the tire so as to not reveal its date code or the cracked rusted rotten condition of the tire.
