100% agree with the review. Fair and precise. I would also appreciate the fact that they incorporated the spring loaded engine gimmick with the red peg that pushes into the pelvis in cab mode is to unlock a blue hook on the thighs which releases them when you transform is a throw back to the G1 toy. Nice review, keep it up!

Good review bro he was my Optimus too when I was a kid the US version did have red hands and the Japanese version had the blue hands

Good review. Had mine since release and I will say that I agree with almost all your points. The only significant thing that is missing IMO is either the ability to transform into the 2 ships, or at least include the non-tranformable versions of the 2 ships. That way you can appreciate both modes. I also wish the eye LED was more noticeable. It is practically a needle size light that you can barely notice if it was on or off. Probably the last con I have is that it's somewhat scary to disassemble the shoulder flaps and knee pods when putting it back in the box. Those clips and pegs seem like they might break if you snap them on and off too often. But otherwise I would say this is currently the most definitive Gunbuster figure so far.

I love Gundam Seed abd Seed destiny home media. Freedom Movie was phenomenal imo but I'll wait for the English version via shout factory gkids etc depending on who gets the rights to home media in the states

For the head, use the one with the blue eyes if he doesn't have the scrander on and the one with the busted eye when he has the scrander on.

I know I’m late on this video, but there are very great third-party companies out there. This is one of those lesser-known companies and I can tell they skimped out on quality. Muscle Bear has a 4th party KO of the Flame Toys one. My personal favorite third-party company that makes Transformers is FanToys; expensive, but in my opinion, the absolute best!
