outa 45 mega i got three ships all of them were t6 and t5 and zero dubloons i will never spend even dollar on this game ever again basically i got them on the 14th drop which is guarantee drop this game is a scam

I got it, I think you raise a lot of valid points but, i boiled it down to getting a guarantee T8 ship for under 9000 dubs. Those are typically 11,000-12,000 dubs. With all the goodies mixed in, albeit some more useful than others, it seemed like a no brainer to me. That said, i already have tons of ships, over 500, so Im not picky. Yes, if you want a specific ship, ur better off just buying that one ship, maybe use a doubloon coupon to get it. I ended up getting Prinz Eugen from the T8 container, and a Kronstadt from the mega container (which was awesome, ive wanted Kron for several years)

I always suspected that an open spacer has the same effect as the divider cut down.

It's a 10% chance of a golden chest. But the golden chest drops some good boosters at the least.

But that isn't as bad as them hiding the free tier 8 or if you did the entire expedition event a free tier 10 progression ship. It's the block of ice in the port.

Not so lucky this year. Most I got was 1500 dubs out of a regular Santa container. Last year I got about 6 or 7 premium ships. But I got enough steel to get Mecklenburg, and the snowflake coal got me Anhalt.

Did most of my snowflake grind in the Star Trek missions. Just finishing T7s as I write this and will have the 6s and 5s done this weekend.

This is good advice. You might want to cover the use of FXP more extensively though. Until this year I was using mine to get FXP ships but when they took those away I started saving mine up to reset a line to get RB points. I snagged Ohio using 90% FXP to reset a line this last February and have been hoarding my FXP since then because there was nothing else in RB I was desperate to get. Before the end of snowflakes I intend to bump several of my tech lines that are at tier 9 to tier 10 for additional containers. Haven't decided if I want to start resetting lines again for RB ships after the New Year or not. I do kinda want Siegfried but what I really want is to finish out as many tech lines as I can. I'd also remind anybody who cares to never ever ever sell a premium ship. Even if it's a port queen you will never ever play don't get rid of it or you will likely end up getting it back in a container.

out of 7 i got 2 ships(Ise and Yukon{all the commonwealth ships now}) , unfortunately i keep getting commander xp.(waste like getting credits) did get 2500 gold so got the event pass for ship and all the goodies for grinding out my t9 ships. steel is a year long grind hard to do if you don't play constantly. old game now ( yet better then wot)

buying cheaper ships to get them out the rotation is not an advice id give to ALL players... imagine the guy who started out in june of this year or last year he has 2 or 3 coal ships and is looking to get a new one then he sees that "advice" and picks 3 or 4 ships of tier 5/6 instead of the ship he really wanted like malta or gk or Brisbane... he effectively traded one good ship he could get for 4 that he wont use because u said so... so just get what u want play like u like... also burning coupons on coal ships is fine if u know ur not gona get steel to get another ship in the next 6 months...just get what u like....

Coal to Steel is 10-1 10 coal is 1 steel. You can use steel to make up the difference on a coal purchase, but you cannot use coal to make up the difference in a steel purchase. Coal is easier to obtain. Just getting your daily crates can get you up to a few thousand every day. But steel is only obtainable by playing ranked in sufficient quantity. Super containers really are trash these days. Rarely get anything better than boosters out of them.

I only buy a ship for real money when I get the 100% return in doubloons for the purchase of the ship. Got Scharnhorst a couple years ago and got Tirpitz earlier this year. Easiest way to get more out of the money you spend in this game. Some of the doubloons I got in return for buying Tirpitz I was able to finish Wisconsin without dipping into my wallet again. That ship is pretty wild. I never buy crates. I find its actually worse than gambling. I have been to a casino, and I feel I had better chances of winning in a casino then getting something useful out of crates in this game or any game really. I got too lucky with the free Santa containers last year got something like 6 ships maybe 7. Haven't got anything other than 1500 doubloons out of the Santa containers on offer right now.

been in this game since beta i never have free exp and never accumilate steel enough to be worth it so i only buy coal ships and im always out of credits and ive never once spent real money on this game and the santa containers are fkn rigged never get ships in em

Well after blowing your wad you got the ship you rarely play, dont need, already had, strange how people do this. You admit you dont play one Bne, so you wont play 2 now, awesome.

Control yourself, and don't spend real money on ships, you can obtain for free. Brisbane B is just a Brisbane in a black camo. If you want a black Brisbane, get the normal one for coal (you may have to save up for that) and then add a black camo for credits.

Everyone falls for the 12% means one in every 8 ships meme.. No.. Each container has a 12% chance.. it only has a 1 in 8 chance to get a ship and the same for the next and the next.. ALL have the same 12% or 1 in 8 chance.. the percentage does not go up with each container opened.. Hence the pity mechanic being used.. and as far as i can see all the ships are rigged too as everyone is getting the same ships first.. they pulled this crap years ago.. i guess they just wont change.. Dude, open them in bulk. I think its gonna calculate differently. I opened 25 -> got 4 ships, again 25 -> 4 ships, again 25 -> 3 ships. The first 2x25 where great. First 25 -> yoshino + massachusetts + atago + saipan. Second 25 -> Napoli + Mainz + Cossack + Kaga. Third -> Brandenberg + Alabama + Tirpitz. Arround 300K ++ free exp. Around 700k commander exp. About 100 + Credits, Commander. Around 200 ship exp and around 80 free exp blue flags. Great yield overall, just a bit frustrated with the last 25 where i didnt get a single usable ship ..

Man, i played this game for one year and opened containers a lot (not as much as you, but a lot), i saw many videos about game and understood, than earlier the game was good, maybe 2-4 years ago. Now they are So GREEDY. FCK, they made a campaign Halloween named Greedy Jack. Really? They are laughing on us. Very greedy game

last years black friday was way better with all premium containers and a repulse B this years is a complete scam. WG is just pure greed now with only some ships being decent to buy.

Do your RB points in coop and reset a line just before it refreshes every 3 months to get x2. The Haragumo line ships in my port are sitting on x5 at the moment. Just waiting for a RB ship I like. I have most of them except the latest over the last year. Not keen on them

Yesterday (May 24 2024), about a year after your frustrating experience, I purchased 10 WAHAMMER containers for 10500 doubloons, and I've got 3 ships (Ignis, Ragno and Smasha) I recorded the whole process, might upload it on TH-cam (It will be my first ever video on TH-cam). The funny thing is that I wanted to buy only 5 containers at first, cuz had a feeling like was wasting money and the probability to win the ships are low, then I said eff it, let's go for 10. Geuss what, there was no ships in the first 5 containers and then 3 ships in the next 5 ones! BTW the prices has slightly changed now, for example in your video the price for Ignes, Ragno and Smasha is 12800, 12800 and 10300 doubloons but this year they are 13000, 13000 and 10500 doubloons.

I've done nearly 50 line resets and while this is an interesting experiment, it's probably pretty confusing to most WoWs players. Bureau ship accumulation is for those who can plan ahead and play the long game. I recommend that you cover selling modules, and how important it is to NOT sell the unused modules of lines you are resetting since it makes the reset more expensive. Nice job doing anything to educate the player base, it is needed.
