I took mine apart and discovered the piston was stuck, I cleaned everything out and put everything together and no spray still just loud noises. I wonder if you can get a spare pump?

Yeah I bought one and I’ve used it one time. I’m not impressed with it. Sprays way too much paint.

I bought one a year ago painted my son’s room only used 2 gallons of paint cleaned it real good put pump armor in it to store it. I took it out today to spray some trim. The damn thing won’t prime or spray tried cleaning again still don’t work. I’m so mad I could spit nails. These companies are trouble. I won’t ever by another hand held from Graco. I guess I’ll try a titan or maybe just get a cheap one. Over $200.00 flushed DC own the drain never again!!! Graco you should be ashamed of your product!!!

Thanks Jerry, that was clear and concise! I took out that filter altogether, like you suggested. If any "impurities" would come in the tank, they would be flushed down anyway, so why a filter?!

I just finished taking mine apart and it was full of paint. I did clean it when I last used it but..... I will try mine tomorrow with water to see if at least sprays and jf it does ill try paint . If this works I will clean it as recommended and then I will take the pump apart and see how clean it is. If it still has paint in it then I would say that graco has issues with HOW to clean your gun. Also I can't believe that the cost of a pump it about 90% of getting a new one.....shame on you Graco on making a $250.00 disposable paint sprayer.

OK, I just threw mine away after following your video and taking it apart Still does the same crap My question is, what do I get now? This is strictly for home use. I’ve got baseboards doors and an entire four bedroom home to paint.

it would be better use pvc pipes as mold, you can reuse it longer, even you can left it on the concrete as protection and make the dumbbell harder to brake

Wish you showed how to remove and clean the flush portion as well - mine keeps running and I can't figure out how to remove the center part to check the flaps

My toilet would take 10 minutes to refill. Drove me crazy for months while I used the guest bathroom most of the time. The level of flatness you need to install this stuff is idiotic. I spent weeks meticulously flattening my subfloor and this stuff pops at the seems from the slightest pressure.

My husband was huffing and puffing about this for two days. I was able to emasculate him in 10 minutes. Thanks Jerry!!

It was expecting my filter to be plugged but to my surprise there was very little sediment. What it found was that when I removed the grey cover that moves when the float lifts it that there is a small pin hole that somehow stops the water flow when it is covered. The pin hole was plugged with a hard water build up and all that was needed was to poke it with a small sewing needle. I don't quite understand to mechanics of the shut off valve but it is working great now.

Nice work. I think I'd use the heaviest pipe possible for handles to reduce the volume of concrete required, at least this would be my strategy for heavier dumbbells. Solid steel bar would really be optimal for the heaviest in order to keep them as small as possible.

what about when it wont slide good? i loosened the weight, squirted graphite lube up and down the metal hose and now it's moving fine. maybe they grease it at the factory but it dries out or something
