For the record, the alternative method for PEWGF is transitioning from forward immediately into down, down forward and skipping the neutral gap. (Its mentioned very briefly in the video) To be fair I think many (including myself), just prefer reliably going straight into neutral and then down forward, but I still think the alternative method is worth learning since it is a skill you can transfer over and use when doing 3,1 DF (hold) cancels, which are imperative for combo extension and wall carry🤝 Great vid overall brother

Idk if this is true but this is a theory. I'm looking at perfect god fist as well. What's great about T8 is the input frames I theorize that df2 pewgf must happen within 48 frames. His pewgf ⬅️⬇️ happens to be 5,1 not including df2. 5 + 1 = 6 If you look at his command history from df2 at 7 frames + 1 + 4 + 30 = 42. His pewgf f,d is 6. 42 + 6 = 48 Now look at perfect god fist, his pewgf frames not including df2 on pewgf is 3,1. Total of 4 frames. So, his command history frames is 44 frames before pewgf. You can check his p2 pewgf on his video to confirm this. 44 + 4 = 48 frames So in theory, it depends on the timing of your pewgf. What frames is your pewgf in consistency, not including the df2 on pewgf. Then you'll know based on the command history frames, if your command frames adds up to 48. Lemme know if this is right

does this only work for newer versions of the game? i do df+2 then pewgf in 13 frames but I get no launcher. Im using the version when the game came out
