Making Hot Chocolate Bombs
มุมมอง 693 ปีที่แล้ว
Hot chocolate/cocoa bombs were a huge hit last fall and winter and they will be again this year. They make an adorable and affordable gift and they’re just plain delicious! They’re easy and don’t cost much to make either. There are tons of videos and many ways to make these. This is how I make mine. In the video I use almond bark chocolate that I said I got from Dollar Tree but it was actually ...

I have an Epson Workforce WF7720 but this will work on other older model, non ecotank printers as well. Replace the cover of a Spiral Notebook
มุมมอง 9K3 ปีที่แล้ว
This video shows how to remove the cover and spiral wire from a notebook and replace it with one you create yourself, NO SUBLIMATION NEEDED! You can print your cover on plain cardstock, glitter or other pattern, or thin poster board using almost any inkjet or laser printer. The paper I used in the video was Pen Gear Glitter Inkjet Cardstock from Walmart and I used an HP Officejet printer. Pleas...
Hi there and thank you for the video! It is A LOT more helpful than any of the EPSON completely USELESS videos!
Does this work with sublimation ink?
Hi ! Thanks for sharing my daughter is a little entrepreneur and I’d like to help her make these to sell do you mind me asking about how much you sell them for?
@@RubiKissez143 I make gift boxes 2 bombs and a mug or just 4 bombs for $20. Best of luck to your daughter! Tell her to experiment with other flavors like Oreo, salted caramel, peanut butter, peppermint, etc.
Hello, I tried that and still have two colors not shiw up after nozzle check. How can I bleed the lines? Printer sat in storage for almost a year.
Thanks! A lot of useful info and in language a novice printer head cleaner like myself can understand
I fixed my Epson WF-7720 printer by following your video. You are amazing !!!
@@frankpxz1 omg! I’m so glad I could help!
Thanks for the suggestion!
I haven’t used it in 6 months will this still work the only color working is black?
@@mixedchocolite yes, it should. Might take a few tries but should work. It’s worth a shot!
Does this actually work - lots of people saying they will try it but no one seems to come back and say it worked?
@@jeannielong8933 all I can say is that it worked for me. I know that repeated head cleaning can cause other issues that I didn’t want so this was a great alternative.
Thank you so much... didn't know what to do with my Epson... I'm hopeful this will work... you're awesome!
@@carlaweiler2986 hope this helps! Come back and let me know.
I have a feeling that when you get updates, the Epson company sabotages the printer so it fails and you then have yo buy a new one. Some code or algorhythm that causes a malfunction. The model WF 7720 has been discontinued. I mean, really, what do you think?
They definitely build an ‘end of life’ date into everything now so it works only for so much time and starts going bad. It forces us to keep buying.
Or you can just glue it on top of the existing cover
That’s an option but it may look a little weird because of the coil. Also with repeated use the ends may start to lift.
I have a WF 7720 and I thought I followed this to the t. I cleaned it until I didn't see anymore ink come out and left it for the night. I came back and the whole thing was black. I did the print nozzle check and the first page was blank. Second had a little bit of broken magenta. I did a print head cleaning (yes I know the maintenance box but I'm desperate. I need this now) which then gave me a little bit of black on the nozzle check but still doesn't print a test page. At this point, I'm wondering if it straight up broke it when I at least had B&W printing before. I started another round but is there something else I should be doing?
Sorry it took me so long to respond! Try printing purge pages and make sure your ink cartridges didn’t drain completely. If they did, add more ink and try the nozzle check again and purge sheets if necessary.
Incredible video! Thanks!
You’re welcome!
Can you use the windex with the vinegar?
I will surely try this, and even if this does not clear mine, I wanted to appreciate the effort and great video you posted.
You have saved my life. Thank you. The best cleaning advice ever for a printer.
My boyfriends mom just gave me the epson 7720 so I can make bigger submission items, do you have a Facebook page so if I have questions. Need to buy paper towels for cleaning
Thank you AGAIN. Did this watching your video a while ago. Now having to repeat.
My Epson Workforce 645 has the error, "Printer Error Turn Power Off And Then On Again" but it doesn't move the print head. Do you know what the defect is?
I’m not familiar with that model or error but if the print head isn’t moving it may be an issue you can’t DIY.

Thank you for taking the time to document this fix. I was ready to throw my printer through the window until I followed your guidance and it fixed it completely. I didn't have any window cleaner, so I used 99% isopropyl alcohol and it worked great. THANK YOU!
Glad it helped you!
Did you leave it in for 24 hours?
@@XiMaXNL I did not. I left it in for 20 minutes, ran it back and forth a bunch of times, and it worked perfectly. I was ready to throw this printer out and get a new one, so the nice Chaotic Crafter saved me $250.
Thank you!!
Genius
I have an error on my workforce 034019. would you know how to clear this?
Which model do you have? Have you googled that code to see what it is?
@misskg03 I have the epson workforce pro 7310. I can get the error to clear but when I try to print I get the error again. I Google it but can't seem to find anything for this we error. So frustrating. I'm thinking my printer is gone.
Question: Why does it need 24 hours to sit? Does it have to do with the paper towel being dry? Thanks for taking the time to answer❤
I think it takes time for the ammonia in the window cleaner to break down the clogged ink in the printhead.
You are amazing! Thank you, I was pulling my hair out until I found your video. Now waiting 24 hours to finish this up. Fingers crossed. I just purchased a maintenance box
I pray it goes well for you! Update me once you try to print again.
Mines is still not showing no ink when I print, do I need to replace my cartridges?
Hi, Thank you so much for this manual cleaning tutorial, and also about the maintenance box! May I check with you about the nozzle check? After using a cleaning kit bought online, I found my nozzle check can finally print the black color, but it still only print one column of black when doing nozzle check print(in the video your printout has two columns of black ink). What is the problem if only one black ink got printed? Thanks!
Hi. I’m not sure about the one column versus 2. Is your printer a 7720? A different model the nozzle check may be different. Do you remember what the nozzle check looked like before?
Hi, my one is the wf 7720, the previous nozzle check was only shown blue, magenta, and yellow. After I use cleaning kit, one black appeared.
@@wmroo Did the kit come with enough to do the cleaning again? It sounds like it’s almost there but maybe one nozzle or half of one is still clogged. Try printing and pressing a small image or a purge sheet to see if it effects final product.
@@misskg03 Thks! I think you are right on that, I am using your method of manually cleaning the head now, soaked paper towel with remaining cleaning liquid, and will let the head sit on it overnight.
@@misskg03 Hi, just update….after one night waiting, I found a lot of cyan ink gone to the paper, took out the paper, put ink back in, and the nozzle check print is worse….blue colour was almost nothing on the print, so I tried to cleaning the nozzle using the cleaning kit again, then put ink cartridges back in, but now all the colors not being printed😢….any idea or is it because some cleaning fluid in there (I waited 2hrs instead 2 nights when using the cleaning kit)?
Didn't you miss a step, of taking the cover off over the inks. How did you do that?
The cover over the inks was removed previously and just never put back on. It wasn’t mentioned in the video because it wasn’t related to unclogging the printhead. If you want to take it off it lifts up and just pops off. Make sure the cartridge cradle is all the way on the right side and you should be able to remove it fairly easily.
Mine won't print from cassettes just rear feeder because paper jam no jam anywhere. Now it's smearing blank ink all over the print and blobs of ink ugh
How often does this printer's head clog?
Just call Epson and have them walk you through the head cleaning process. If it still does not work, they will allow you to trade your printer in for a refurbished one, even if it is out of warranty and they will cover shipping costs
If it’s out of warranty you’re out of luck. But this video was for someone who needs their printer working and either needs or wants to DIY it. I shared what worked for me to help others but ultimately do what works for you. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Hi I am switching my printer from regular ink to sub ink any tips?
This video was clutch. Thanks
Thank you for making this video
You’re welcome! Just wanted to help people fix their printers without spending a lot of money. This is what worked for me.
Looks like u have an issue with ORBS lol
Thank you!!!
I just manually took head out and cleaned and did not improve spotty black and other colors except for magenta. tried auto print head cleaning and nozzle check and no improvement. Anyone tried windex method safely to improve printing as I see one comment below said went from blurry printing to none at all.
Hello, I had no idea there was a 'maintenance box'! Gooooood to know :) I anticipate having lots of issues as I do not get to craft as much as my printer and I want to.
Hello. Because you don’t print very often, when you do need to print just print a purge sheet first. This should clear any minor clogs and it’ll let you know you’re good to print before printing your actual image.
These are beautiful Queen
Thank you! These are definitely my favorite!
I love You thank You❤️❤️❤️❤️
You’re welcome!
you're an amazing person for taking the time and effort to help us random strangers on the internet. thank you.
I appreciate that! I want to show people all the things nobody would show or teach me. I feel like I’m supposed to share what I know, that’s the true value of it. So hopefully my videos can help people.
Great job
thank you, most helpful!
how do you know when you maintenance box is full? it always shows gray on mine. I had no problems until I recently added new cartridges. I have 2 of these printers. this particular one is just pigment ink. I'm using re-mfg'd epson cartridges. they show full except for the black. oddly the black is printing just fine.
Well ...I had been betting some blurry printing and jagged lines. Tried this method overnight and today I get no printing at all ! I tried recleaning with Windex and paper towel .. no go. Took all the ink cartridges out and reseated them ... went ahead and did a head cleaning cycle. Still nothing prints out. Guess I'm going to have to replace the print head.
Good night and God Bless you and your Family. The purpose of this Comment, is to inform you that I just completed the Steps you suggested. I'll remove the Windexed Paper Towel tomorrow @ 6:35pm. Prior to this Process, my Epson WF-7620 was only Printing Black and White ... regardless of the Color Cartridges being brand new and full. 🙏🏼🙂🙏🏼
This is pretty much informative & plss use copyright free musiv
Thank you. I used music offered by TH-cam for as royalty free. Have a good day.

@@musicbeast_ you can cut your own cover from card stock. You can print your own designs on the cardstock before you cut.
thank you, I'm trying this when I get home, I'm only having issues with my black though.
Thank you so much I just picked up a nice used WF-7720 and did this a couple of times and could not believe how much ink was picked up by the wet towels this make this printer like new
