Excellent video, I would love to see how you fasten the hood.
looking good guys know the copyright on music on yt but that music that your using got to go but the vision for the car on point
USA=lug nuts, Australia or Tasmania= wheel nuts
Scary? Controversial? Just telling it like it is, if it's not in the center it's just not right. I loved teaching apprentices, only ever had one fail to make first class tradesman.
Cool yruck
Cool
By changing the cab and frame you took all the authentication away from the truck. It's worth less now. 😢
Back in the days when this square body was a baby it was a show truck ,i even think i seen it in a magazine or they cloned the truck the paint is unmistakable. Sad ending to someones dream truck
I love this build
What a complete shit show! Dangerous stuff
Tell your kids, People shouldn't build cars if they don't know how to use a tape measure You have to call it as you see it.
Flippers. I hate em.
Giving me lots of good ideas. Thanks guys
Enjoy watching and learning from your videos. Would like more info on that electric power assist steering unit. Keep up the fine work you do!
Good to see another video we don’t need to see the grading/cutting if somebody’s watching to learn how to grind and cut shit apart they need to find another hobby.
Question… I will be building a 64 impala convertible, I’ve had several before and they have horrible body roll, what would be the optimal suspension set up on that car to eliminate as much body roll as possible ?? Thanks so much !!!
What people do not realize is that these older cars compared to today's vehicles are very narrow. Of course, these older cars did not have these larger engines, and they were simple in the suspension. You fast forward to today's "hot rods" and the challenge is how to adapt the modern suspension and drive trains to these older vehicles. with all of the computer aided design we have the privilege of being able to adapt these later styles of suspension to the older vehicles. And yes, the price is pricey, but a lot of the engineering is also done for the customer. You are right about this, though "eyeball" is no good when you are fabricating up these cars. Now I know people who are house framers that can frame up a house in no time. They have internalized the work, and they are within but not necessarily dead on the measurements but that is a different thing. You can't "eyeball" things like suspension and such and expect the proper operation. There are plenty of You Tube channels that show the proper way to set up these modifications.🥸👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Well, Butcher's still hanging around and bring you hard work... Unfortunately they will not disappear.... Keep going i'm watching you!!!🙂
MeatNtadars
what is the electric steering out of and i would love to see more shows
When I was building my hHot rod I measured everything a few times then tacked things in place then measured again before welding.
You got a tough kid there. I can see how some people would find you intimidating. I have a similar problem. People always think I'm mad or barely able to control myself. But also for your kid. He's not going to get cancelled. He's not offended enough people and called them on their bs. Side note. Love the work that you all do
Always nice to see you fixing up other people's mess ups.
nice welds
Your dad's right, use a friggin tape measure when setting up something as important as suspension, guesswork can get dangerous.
Yes, sir and when I view "Rat Rod Bob" he lays out on the shop floor his frame reference points in order to get the frame alignment right. That gives him something to go by other than his eyeballs, that and the use of a measuring tape.
Yeah brother.... step by step...show the details. Could have gone further with the tape measure thing even if it upsets your daughter! Explain why it needs to be measured diagonally as well! Pythagoras is your friend for alignments-- Please show your projects and yard Try to get something posted weekly even if it's 10 mins...will help you grow.
The progression of the build! Tell that kid we in America have the right to free speech,,,, laws not feelings!
I am astonished by how such crap comes into your shop to be made right. You do the right amount of editing and explaining, please do not include more video of the a to b of grinding, welding etc.
Yes, and some of these You Tubers go into a lot of boring detail describing what they are doing. It's like watching paint dry, although one can skip past these boring details. Loco Customs is one channel that I generally watch from beginning to end. And there are some channels that I just will not watch any further than the first few minutes. Of course this is in the eye of the viewer.
Barry Gilgen sure glad to see you guys making another video, been a long time, great watching you guys work on old hot rods, amazing how some people can make things look good but they turn out wrong and not good for the car. keep up the good work of fixing people's screw ups and making cars much better and done correctly, teach them to use a tape measure bad chad can use his eyeballs cause he has the name and the money to do it his way, but doesn't mean it is correct, I would not want to buy a car from him that he has made after watching his shows for years he is far from a professional car builder my opinion.
what a cool build love it from Australia.
More than happy to see these compilations, no one works 24/7 on the one project until it's done. Have to earn a living too.
This brings back so many memories of working on cars with my mates decades ago(drag cars, street machines and off road buggies), I really enjoy your videos, many thanks for your efforts.
Parece um belo projeto. O motor original é o 235?
Where did you buy that face shield? Do you like it?
There is no excuse for shoddy work. What you showed on the last video was clearly a crap job. Good on you for calling him out. I'm glad I found your channel.
Why would you want to lower that truck ? Are you building it for a man or a chick ? It's a truck not a sports car .Lowering trucks is for wimps or low riders .
That's horrible! How can that guy sleep at night! I could teach my grandson how to weld better then that in half an hour!
Stuff like this happens because nobody takes pride in their work.
How could you sleep at night, doing that lack of craftsmanship! Shame on the people who did that. As a customer do your research on the type of work you are having done so you know what to look for as far as quality and craftsmanship!! So you don't get taken to the cleaners, plus you know why things cost as much as they do for quality work. Stop in from time to time to inspect work being done.
I got 2008 cvo road King
What type of fender is that ?where can I get a fender like that for my 23?
Video on axle spindle
Awesome thanks! I didn't know how thin the tube walls actually were! Pretty cool.
Are you going to add a little bit of bubble gum, just for fun. LOL
Thank you for giving his name and where he works. Shame on him. All of us spread the word.
Thank god there are professionals like you that can strengthen and straighten what will be nice rides.
How much should it cost to shortend a chevy rear just like u did
Hi, when do you think we might see the rest of your work on this vehicle. Regards Joe. Melbourne Australia.
I f you are doing junk for yourself and putting it on the road you endanger everyone else on the road.
Any more on the COE project?
