I’ve never heard of Quarriors, but this sounds like an interesting game fusion.

You got the mechanics, now you need to create the world. Maybe a name like "Steel Knights" (I thinks is already used it 🙄) or "Steel Legends" so you do not use the word "mech" and "quarriors" from other games. And then, the things you draw in the video, put them on a piece of paper or cardboard and play, and with a bit of luck, you will have your game in no time. 😉

Very hard to understand some of the audio, but that aside, You need to take the measurements of your bedroom and just draw a better or desired lay-out and then, little by little work on that. One step at a time and before you notice, you will build the best man-cave you can own. On the matter of Jobs, well... we are on the same train, so, i think patience is the best companion in this situation. Nice video Pillar! 😌👍 If you allow me to give you my view and advise (I'am not Mike Elliott 😄) it will be, that the last thing you create in any product like a card game or video game is the characters and looks of it. The first thing you do, is creating The World or Universe in which everything, including the mechanics of the game, is gonna come to exist. The characters, the looks, the backstory, their adventures or missions and every single details that come later it will be, let's say, the consequences, developments or destiny of those particulars characters living inside that particular world or universe. Anyway, I hope that help you a little. Keep it up! and take care. 😉

If you like this game, look up rules for playing riichi mahjong. This game is the simplified version of real mahjong, and you can absolutely see the similarities.

per the EVE university wiki: Q: Can an alpha account participate in PI? A: No. Previously, an Alpha clone could technically plant a single Command Center, which could not be upgraded beyond level 0 and so had almost no CPU/PWG space with which to place production facilities and had no way of getting products off planet as you had to be Omega to launch from a Command Center. As of January, 2022, this has been removed. I think covering the absolute basics still matters, but the fact that Alpha clones can't participate means this is not as helpful as I'd like. Can't even scan without Remote Sensing and that requires Omega. I will have to be better in my research going forward.

Just past the 13:00 mark: regarding having a ship that could carry other ships, the one for Minmatar is the Wreathe, which can stack Expanded Cargoholds for carrying 2 small ships or a slightly bigger ship. You'll get it in the process of working for industrial agents.

Eve online is a great game, work your way up from Frigates, Destroyers, Cruisers, Battlecruisers, Battleships, Carriers, Dreadnaughts, Supercarriers, and Titans. Not to forget your mining ships, completely player created and driven markets. It's not a game you will conquer quickly.

In hindsight, giving each deck a card better suited to the other might be trying to send the message "hey, this is a TRADING card game, you should try trading this card for the other." They probably realized it wasn't for the best by the time Distortion released. Strategy I missed includes: when sending monsters, generally you want to send just enough to weaken or eliminate each of their PCs, then go full force while the opponent has no defense; you can only score one monster from a PC fight, but you can score them all if there are no PCs. A selling point I missed completely was the lack of need for counters and outside information tracking; if you need to know it, it's on the cards or you can just count for the moment (strength + action + destiny.) Another is not needing a separate mana/energy/gold development system to play cards; you might have to spot or sacrifice or discard, but anything that can count for that will do so. Distortion, the next set, adds a few interesting bits, too. Goblin items add a bonus +1 for every two a PC has. Speed items let players play actions that affect the PC from hand instead of hidden. PCs can be logged out and have to log back in to be vulnerable but also to fight back. A PC is considered of their element based on equipment and actions played on them this turn (which matters mostly for Sanjuro who is stronger against opposing elements.)
