Lol I did that on my first playthrough when FO4 originally released. Every single puddle of water was stuffed with water purifiers. Water bottles were also my main currency for bartering, we're talking power armor on, companion in power armor, both inventories loaded with water.

I just came to the realisation that I hate the way fallout handles dlc. Its just like, as soon as the real game starts your character gets some hunch that there's some stuff going on at this specific location that's worth investigating.
