Is that the wrapped perforated baffle ?
It’s the big bore baffle.
What fuel do you use?
Normally 93 octane or whatever is the highest octane available at the pump.
I ordered the same swingarm 2 years ago this August and still haven't received anything! How long did it take to get yours?
It took a couple of months. I ordered the billet and didn’t opt for any powder coating. 2 years seems way too long. Did they give a reason why it’s taking so long?
READ THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RESULTS ON THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE THEIVES THAT HAVE STOLEN MONEY FROM MANY PEOPLE INCLUDING ME! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
These guys will take your money and not send you what you order... then you try to call and their machine is full not taking messages... they don't respond back to emails .. 4000 worth or items I ordered more then 20 weeks ago and NOTHING ! I have a lawyer involved trying to find out where my money is... they are thieves... and if they AINT they are trying their best too look like it
What cam
S&S 540 cam.
So I have a 103cc engine, how much I am looking if I want to buy a 114?
If going from the Twin Cam 103 to the M8 114 you’re looking at a significant gain in horsepower and torque. There’s no comparison between the two. The M8 is also a great foundation to build upon if you’re looking at making additional performance upgrades.
@@perrycountyposse I ended up buying a 23 RG 107
@@carlosayala9995 That’s awesome, congratulations! How do you like it?
well, the gold doesn't match the Ohlins....so black would have looked better. Thanks for the review though
You’re right it’s not an exact match. They do offer an anodized gold version of the swing arm which wasn’t available when I bought mine.
Hi buddy, hows the bike been since the build? Reliable? Over heating? Done many miles?
Reliability has been great. I haven’t had any issues with the bike. It does run warmer than stock, which is expected, but it’s not anything unmanageable. I have about 8000 miles on the motor so far.
Beast😅
Don't sound anything like a harley
Did you have to extend your wiring or cable for the 12in bars
No extensions required for 12 inch bars.
Running like a top...swell..😉
She sounds amazing my man!!
Hot for teacher!
Always a great time ! I just came across your channel in my feed actually. I'm happy to support your efforts and those of other fellow moto content creators. I look forward to seeing and hearing more from you in the future ; keep up the great work and ride safe out there.

Wow you're really going all out! Sounds like you're building it out right. 21 road glide limited owner here. Still stock so far.
Thanks Harry! It’s certainly been a work in progress. I hope to have a video up soon showing the new swingarm and suspension. Have you done any mods to your bike? Do you have any future plans for what you’d like to do?
@@perrycountyposse I just did a stage 1 with full khrome werks dominator exhaust. Arlen Ness big breather , power vision tuner. Fueling vented dipstick. Just comfort features like highway pegs, seat cover . Also did Ciro bag filler and bag blades LEDs on the rear. And heel shifter and shorty antenna.
@@harryhowell5644 That’s cool! We put a set of Khrome Werks mufflers on our Tri-Glide. They sound really good. I also had to install the heel shifter. I’ve had one on my touring bike since 2008 and love it.
That's insane dude...love the color
Thanks Michael!
Did you have to change springs and use adjustable pushrods?
Yes, with the 540 cam you do need to upgrade to heavy duty valve springs. Using adjustable push rods saves you from having to remove your heads when installing the cam so unless you’re planning on tearing it down to do a Stage 3 or 4 build you’ll want to get adjustable push rods too.
Sounds really good! I have the 475c cam and it has that same kind of chop. I will be doing a big bore kit soon with the same cam and I was wondering about long two up rides and how it rides. Also any heat issues, it looks like you have the wet heads and the cooling fans?
I can’t speak to long 2-up riding because my girl has her own bike so I’m almost always solo. I have given her a short ride on the bike and it did fine, so I can’t imagine long distance rides would be an issue. The exhaust is really loud so that would be the only area of concern I would raise. My bike is liquid cooled and I have the fans in the lowers. The bike does get hot at low speeds, especially when the ambient temperature is warm. If your bike is oil cooled and you find yourself in a lot of traffic you’ll definitely notice the heat. A set of Love Jugs could help dissipate the heat if it becomes too much. I’ve had the bike on 2,000+ mile road trips and it performed flawlessly.
Beautiful bike and sound! What bars do you have on there?
Thanks. They are the KST Kustom Pathfinder. www.kstkustoms.com/collections/all-products/products/pathfinder-for-15-23-road-glide-harley-handlebars
So no beadwork was required to install this cam

wheelie ing a bicycle is the cheapest fun on 2 wheel hehehe
Sounds killer!
Thanks! Really wish the mic on the camera could do it justice.
@@perrycountyposse well when I watch TH-cams I'm listening with a great set of headphones. So I'm hearing like I'm standing there, almost anyways 😎🤘
I have a Revolution Performance 128 with Stag 4 heads and S&S 540 cam (CVO 117 stock injectors, SE 55 mm throttle body, and stock intake). Dyno was 135hp /149tq. I switched the S&S 540 cam out for the Cycle-rama 540-2. Same shop, same dyno with no other changes. Made 143hp /156tq. The Cycle-rama 540-2 hits harder down low and runs out to about 5800 rpm. Had to rebuild clutch to hold. In my opinion, you will definitely see an improvement!
Those are great results!
Every time I see one of those silly looking big wheels, the dog scooting his butt across the ground pops into my head lollol
I may never look at a big wheel bagger the same again! 😂
Man ppl gotta keep there feet up! Damn they gonna learn after they snap an ankle!
Well, after watching all these bike-in videos, I gotta say...in slow traffic, y'all got great low speed balance! I'm trying to get that back period after 50-52 years of not riding. I'd love to go to one of these someday.
There’s a lot of great rallies to attend. I’ve been fortunate enough to attend several throughout the country. They each have their own appeal and their locations bring a unique aspect to each event. It’s great to hear you’re getting back into motorcycling! 👍
@@perrycountyposse Tried again today. Bad right hip pulling L2 disc outta place. Makes my legs twitchy/wobbly. Maybe some leg exercises would help? Darn old age! Gotta keep trying. I need to do this for me. The 2018 V Star 250 is such a nice bike. Smooth and responsive power. Just have to keep trying...keep my eye on the prize?!
You got the right attitude! I have no doubt you’ll succeed.

Perry county where ? Cause it damn sure ain’t, pa !
Apparently, it's near a senior assisted living center.
Florida. Pa has no palm trees.
Nice wheelie
Nice job on the video 👍🏻
Just another sausage fest where a bunch of old fat men try to look cool. Some of those fools actually think a trike is cool.
Ah forgot to ask, what's the rideablity like of a 131 and 540 cam? Is it good with slower speeds? Does it feel like an on off switch? Will it do a U-turn with comfortable throttling?
Great question. I had my mechanic set my throttle to be super sensitive. There is zero play in the throttle so when you give it a little twist it goes. With that said, it’s an electric throttle and that means you can adjust the sensitivity with the tuner. It’s up to you how sensitive you want it. Having a sensitive throttle and a lot of power can make low speed maneuvering and turns tricky. I do find myself feathering the clutch more at low speeds just to avoid the jerkiness. Remember too this bike has a lot of other performance parts in it including a much light flywheel and no counterbalancer so it revs up extremely quick. The bike can be as tame or wild as you want when riding. You can put around at 45mph if you want, but the bike is much happier being at 3k versus 2k-2500k rpm. U-turns would definitely require feathering the clutch if doing it in a tight space like a 2 lane road.
Just went to your previous video for a comparison, sounds totally different when cold. Warm idle definitely tells the full story of the sound. I think I'll go down the road of 131 and 540 too! Hell Yeah !!
Yea, it definitely settles into a nice idle. Just having the 540 cam with the 114 will give you excellent numbers and a good sounding bike when paired with a good exhaust. I was making 122hp and 133tq on my Stage 2 setup.
Now there's the nice lumpy chopy idle we've been waiting for, cheers for that buddy, appreciate it!
Can we hear a hot idle please? Cold idles usually all sound the same no matter the build and with hardly any chop
I’ll record it tomorrow and upload it.
@@perrycountyposse thanks buddy

Beautiful choppin exhaust!
Did you do springs on those heads or.the stock SE heads?
When I did the S&S Stage 2 kit with the 540 cam I got heavy duty valve springs. I reused those same springs in the SE heads when doing the Stage 4.
Hi.. do you have the part number for the screaming eagle head badges? Was it hard to install them?
Unfortunately I do not. They came with the heads. I don’t believe they are hard to install because I had the option to go without them.
Sounds angry
It rides like it’s angry too!

Will adding a trast turbo kit add more power or are you maxed out. Looking to buy the 131 Harley Davidson crate engine for my 2021 street glide. Maybe sell the 107 engine to use towards the turbo kit
Adding the Trask kit will definitely give you more power. You’re probably looking around 200hp.
