i think the numbers in the element symbols on the characters represent how much dmg an attack from them does, like how rainswords did 6 and zhongli did 0 (+1)

Sigewinne also gives Bond of Life to herself so thats a way they could make her not so Neuvillette specific. As for Rosaria, id imagine something like a +1 DMG to Cryo and/or Phys to kinda match her C6

it is unfortunately very hard to buy the physical cards here in the usa :,) but i am excited nonetheless

Btw another reason for running 3 arcanes is that you need to tune 2 of them + furina 0 cost card to give Whale 3 hp, but keep an eye on how many stacks whale already has (out of 3), it has to be a new set of 3 cards (needs to be at 0 out of 3)

[06:30] For when you explained the whale's hp passive: The deep devourer's domain doesn't exactly care for the dice cost for the amount of hp that you gain It only cares that they're all the same cost If you were to tune 3 zero cost cards it'll give you 3 extra max hp, same as if you tuned 3 three cost cards
