Where did u get the master cylinder
I have the same issue. Everything is brand new under the truck including a brand new red head steering box. I bought this bushing kit for the steering wheel column. Nothing has gotten better.
same issue here. I have replaced intermediate shaft, new gear box, still that same slop, that is so irritating, and I have no idea. Like the splines are worn and is barely catching, but both sides are brand new. Makes me wonder if the splines are different distances apart. Been trying to find a fix for a while. I keep seeing people say put braces in, but that wouldn't fix the issue before the output at the bottom of the box even starts. Like the original video, it is literally all of the play I am feeling right there where it connects to the gear box.
Well i have the same problem with my locks. Pella says the locks needs replaced . Go figure huh. These locks don't come cheap either $250 +/- PLUS you have to pay one of their techs $150 +/- to install the new ones . Good God
It isn't hard to install if you can buy the part and get it shipped to your local Pella dealer.
@liamfm, how did you fix this issue?
I've had the same issue which came from a boat mechanic lifting the coupler, while not open, and forced the bar behind the coupler to flip. It's a pain to flip it back to work correctly but thats all it takes.

@@billramsey5456 I finally found my issue. Looking at a repair kit, I am apparently missing the spring that makes this work. Its in the repair kit. I guess mine rusted and fell apart. Check yours out. The spring should be visible when you lift the latch. It goes on thd bar that runs directly underneath. Mine has just the bar.

Hi, I have the same coupler on my Pop-up camper and hitching up is a right pain in the "A". I think my coupler is doing the same thing yours is doing. Did you ever find out why it keeps moving forward when opening instead of moving back?
I'm having same issue, I got a used boat trailer today, but can't hook it up to my hitch. The lever won't move that tongue lock thing. After looking around TH-cam I know I sort of think the brake actuator may be pushing the lock forward to lock position. I'll go back and try more in the morning. Or maybe someone will post a response to this video.

Hi, liamfm, any info on model, part number, or store you ordered from would be a great help since you had to go through it already. Your video could be from my house, same door, same handles, same problem.
Ken, sorry but I can't find any info on what I did (it was a long time ago). I do remember that I had to have it sent from Pella to a local dealer and then I had to pick it up (its too long to ship via UPS. I then had to cut it down to the correct size. Install was pretty easy really. Call Pella and they will help you through it. Hopefully you have a dealer close by!
Thanks so much for the reply. I did a little research and it has been replaced with a new mechanism. Our door opens to a sunporch with a lock so might just jam the deadbolt so it won't slide out.
I have this exact lock. My deadbolt is stuck and the thumb turn does nothing. Anyone had a similar problem on this lovk

Emma Day I replaced the entire lock from pella. it was easy to change, but ordering and shipping was troublesome.

And then the throttle linkage came apart... so despite starting I still didn't make it to work.
