Flying an S211 fighter Jet over Melbourne
Stephen Gale of jetworksaviation.com.au asked if i would like to go in his Marchetti S211 while he practiced some aerobatics for an air show next year. He told me it wouldn't be very comfortable. Both wearing out Bremont Martin-Baker watches and sitting in Mk19 Martin-Baker Ejection seats, we experienced up to 4G and i even got to fly it for several minutes myself! Truely the most insane thing i have ever experienced. Thank you Steve

As I have had my lisence suspended for a few months, a trip back home to the UK saw me getting my motorcycle fix with one of my oldest frinds Benjarmin. Thanks Ben for a sweet ride around my old stomping ground! We went through Broadstairs, Margate, Minster and Ramsgate on a spectacular summers day in August.
Losing my Driving Licence - Victoria Australia

Caught going 118 km/ph in a 80km/ph zone, thats 73mph in a 50mph zone. Australia remains a laughing stock to the rest of the world with its speed limits, it's roads arent any safer and the police force are the literal definition of a Mafia. Modern day police work at its finest.

The Black Spur - Marysville to Healesville
This video is kinda stupid, dude. Yeah, that zone should be 100, for sure. But those police were very polite to you and didn’t demean you. You stuffed up and you got the consequence.
LOL, got caught with 3 on a bike and one without a helmet in Bali, payed $70 aud as a bribe and was allowed to continue exactly as we were
Tell me you are a Nazi state, without telling me you are a Nazi state.
i get that the speed limits are annoyingly low sometimes but you just got unlucky that there was a cop. depends on the cop too. you dont have to whine about it in your description lol, you only have yourself to blame.
I can understand your sadness brother , it hurts when this thing happens , I hope you get your license back
It's all about revenue, especially as the Vic. gov. has the state in a (circa) 200 billion dollar hole. And, instead of manning up like adults to admit they've stuffed everything, they punish the rest of us for their misappropriating of our taxes to endlessly try to cover up their buffoonery and we pay twice... and more!
What a bummer. I bet that cop goes as fast as that every day.
Sorry, but you do the crime you do the time. Maybe the speed limit is too low, but 38k over is being stupid and asking for a fine. And posting it here complaining and looking for re-assurance is just plain stupid
There are all sorts of reasons for the speed limits on specific stretches of road. Mostly they make sense. Sometimes they're a bit annoying if you're in a hurry, but the simple fact is that they exist for the sake of safety. The fatality rate on Australian roads currently stands at aprox. 4.8 deaths per 100,000 people; in America the rate is 12.8 per 100,000. So I'm inclined to think that we're probably doing something right. Just observe the speed limit, and don't complain if you get booked for exceeding it.
i grew up in Australia when there were no speed limits on the open road. As long as you weren't doing anything stupid the cops left you alone. It was very rare for me to be overtaken 😀
but they still let you drive for 28 days 🤡
Masonic Filth.
dude, you were speeding, dont go and blame the police for doing their job when you know you were in the wrong, you done the crime, so you suffer the consequences, just be glad they pulled you over instead of letting you travel at a dangerous speed that results in an accident. This doesnt just apply to Australia, so suck it in buttercup and learn from it
Moral of the story… litre super sport with a flip plate. Just drop a few gears and take off.
People forget they are human too
After watching this video I then had a read of the comments, as you do. My first response was "well you knew it was an 80 zone, but chose to do 118". That was followed by "suck it up, sunshine". I don't know that road, and as I'm not a traffic engineer can't comment on whether 80 is too slow or not. A lot of commenters seem to have little idea of speed limits in other countries. German Autobahns with their 130 speed limits sound great, but remember Germans are actually taught to drive properly. Here we just have basic lessons and basic tests, and getting a licence in Germany is about 3 times the cost here. Of probably a dozen fatal motorcycle crashes I've been to, all but two could have been avoided if the motorcyclists rode better. They might not have caused the crash but didn't have the ability to avoid it.
Mate, that would've been an EASY ticket to challenge. As you were approaching the cops, the road you were going around was curving to the right. The Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 (Vic), section 43 says: "In the measurement of a distance for the purposes of an Act or subordinate instrument, the distance shall, unless the contrary intention appears, be measured in a STRAIGHT line on a horizontal plane." They wouldn't have got your radar reading on a straight line which would breach this section of law and invalidate their ticket. Also, you could read the operator manual of the equipment they used and find inconsistencies in their operation. It's THEIR job to prove you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Never incriminate yourself.
That definition applies to distances, not speed. Operator manuals aren't legislative, so saying your ticket is false because of some companies drafting practice is bogus. And finally, they don't need to prove anything beyond a reasonable doubt. Speeding isn't a criminal offence, it's civil.
i mean sure its stupid or a "laughing stock to the rest of the world", but what did you really expect going that much over the limit, not saying i agree nor disagree with the policing but it is a written rule and should expect the punishment...
Australia definitely needs to revise their speed limits..it’s a 6th largest country in the world and you can definitely increase the speed limits safely without any threat to the motorists Paying an individual fine in hundreds doesn’t help in this crisis time
So you were speeding, and then you whine like little bitch about getting caught in the description, then don't fucking speed dickhead
Cope my man. You were speeding where you shouldn’t have been while on a bike and got caught. It isn’t the cops fault you can’t stop speeding.
If you're incapable of comprehending the road rules, don't drive on public roads. I figured a solipsistic whinger like this would be a habitual speeder, and unsurprisingly they've uploaded footage driving 119km/h in a 60km/h zone: th-cam.com/video/kVdNYQLR_AE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=dSE0QOnWIBaMLZ4x&t=774 $682 fine and a 6 month suspension is too lenient for idiots like this.
1.speeding limits in Australia are all way too low and 2. If it’s a clear road who cars if your going 30 over he’s not hurting anyone and it’s a wide road so he wouldn’t hurt him self either
Limits exist for a reason. Dont exceed them. Doesnt matter if they are too low or if its an open road.
"omg i cant believe the cops are enforcing the laws that they are paid to enforce"
Being from the UK it's amazing how similar our police and punishments are; the cop's attitude and way of dealing with it is identical to our traffic cops! We also get milked for pennies for speeding too, having one of the lowest national speed limits in Europe (~110kmh) it's so easy to speed on motorways and main roads.. where there's always a mobile speed camera hiding!
If only there was some way to avoid these pesky fines. If only they put up signs telling us the magic number they'll fine you after...
Bro you have to use waze it could have saved you
I was caught in the uk 71mph in a 50mph zone and I was given 3 points and £100 fine. What you were given is absolutely insane
Yeah you could say we dont like speeding.
sorry for the trouble mate.
I thought that you had to be going at least 40 kph over the speed limit, to have your licence suspended for 6 months, not 38 kph over the limit.
got the same on the gold coast... wish you the best
Driving more than 20kph over a limit is a dangerous driving charge. Court appearance for that one. 🥴
Cops driving around in BMW’s on our tax dollars
And it catches many law breakers! Money well spent!
Road pirates
Instead of chasing real criminals... ah that's right, there is no money to make there.
Thats why there are dedicated sub division within the main police force dedicated to different areas of policing! HWP enforces the road rules so people dont die on the road as often
@Hazza_Plays_LSPDFR He deserved just a warning unless he was a repeat offender. He was speeding on a long, straight road with perfect asphalt, good weather conditions, and no oncoming traffic. You'll have a very hard time convincing me that he got a fine and lost his license to prevent him from dying on the road.
@@edwardyoutube a factor is his safety, if he crashes its gonna be a lot worse than if he was going the limit. A licence is a privilege, not a right. If you can't follow the road laws then you dont drive.
His safety? Meanwhile, on the Autobahn in Germany, there are lanes without speed limits, yet they don’t experience higher safety concerns or more accidents. In contrast, Australia has some of the lowest speed limits among developed countries with high-quality roads. I’m not convinced that it’s really about safety.
@@edwardyoutube Okay sure, if thats your stance, but your also missing the other point. a licence is not a right. If you cant rive following the road rules, then dont drive at all.
I couldnt be bothered chasing down that ice addict because he probably wouldnt have any money , but you with a nice bike , im sure youve got some money
40+kmh is loss on the spot?
25+ is in Victoria i'm pretty sure
Lucky to find a stretch of road that’s safe to 80 in Victoria
just dont do the wrong thing
At least the cop was a good bloke
That sucks man i just got fined 2 days ago for speeding wayy too fast i was doing 100kmh in a 50 zone and im getting my licence suspended. I admit that im dumb. i get away with a lot sometimes, and this time i was caught. Same situation as you though straight road few cars and opened it up a bit. But this time it bit me in the rear end.
Just great police work . Motorcycles are a law to Themselves think they can go any speed limit and be as loud as they want. Losers
The cop was actually pretty good.polite and calm...i
there was no one around sure if it was school zone but it was empty
doesnt matter, dont break traffic laws.
118 on that road should be legal. Fining you is just wrong.
Hell no. Its not "wrong", its completely justified and legal. Dont speed
Reminds me of the quote from Liar Liar where Jim Carrey gets a call from an annoying client who's always in trouble: "Stop breaking the law, asshole!"
Wow they can scan u 380meters away?
mhm
I don’t have a problem with the speeding ticket , but why do the police handle the drug tester with their bare hands before they expect you to put it in your mouth ?
First raise the dumb & stupid speed limits 😒
Is this a hoax because they were doing the Hive finger gestures they do at the hoax protests. Aspergers is non-Hive from Hive families. Hive lie without conscience. Hive coordinate the lies with finger gestures. Massive criminal medical cover up. The entire neurodiversity narrative appears to be a psyop to drug the non-Hive.
i aint reading allat
Don't use Google maps use waze - that cop would have been flagged and you would not have that ticket
or hear me out, dont endanger yourself and others on the road by doing absurd speeds :)
