October 27, 2024 Fishing at Lake Camanche
This is probably the last fishing trip of the summer season. I think I have proven that you can fish for trout year round. There are a ton of holdovers from the annual trout stockings from late October to early May.

The "secret" of catching trout from shore at Lake Camanche. The reason for a wild and crazy hookset IS because we have 10ft plus leader so therefore we must yank as hard as we can and as far as we can to set the hook.
