Making a 2-Sided Chain Bracelet
I made a 2 Sided chain Bracelet.
This is how I did it:
I started by stripping some wire that I had left over. Then I found 3 old, small copper pipes that I could no longer use and cut them into small slices of 3 mm.
Afterwards I bent all the copper pipe washers with pliers so they became oval. I rolled the stripped copper wire onto an old iron pipe with the correct diameter I needed and which I had in the workshop.
I cut the copper wire into small round rings, which I soldered together each one. The small copper wire rings, I bent all the way to an oblong copper ring and started putting 5 of the copper discs (from the copper tube) on each oblong copper ring - and I continued like this until the bracelet was the right length.
Then I made a lock by cutting out 3 small copper plates to the right sizes and soldering them together for each side of the lock. Afterwards I grinded the lock on all leads and edges - drilled 2 holes at each end for both magnets and hooks.
Then I soldered the clasp on both ends of the bracelet and sanded and polished the whole thing after making a rustic finish on the bracelet with a Dremel. Finally I glued the magnets in - it was harder than expected because the last magnet attracted the other when I had to glued it to the lock.
I am very satisfied with the result.

Making an EASY Braided Cuff Bracelet
I have made a LIGHT braided cuff bracelet in my workshop. I had some old electrical wiring that I stripped so I had the pure copper wires. I used 5 wires - 1 of 60cm and 4 of 80cm - and started braiding it together. After the braiding, I hammered the cuff bracelet into shape and straightened it - because it was twisted. In my workshop I also had a piece of old copper pipe that I scratched groov...
Crafting a HEAVY Bracelet, Foxtail inspired.
I made a heavy Bracelet inspired by the well known foxtail pattern. This is how I did it: I had 2 old, broken copper baskets that I could use. I pulled 2 different size copper wires from the 2 copper baskets and straightened the copper wires with pliers. Then I twisted the thinnest, long wire twice and started to roll up the twisted copper wire. I used a round wooden stick to roll it up. Then I...
I made a 3pcs/set Trendy Cuff Bracelet
The working process of making a 3pcs/set Trendy Cuff Bracelet: I bought a broken copper basket on the internet and from this I cut a piece of the thickest copper wire that I needed. I hammered the cut piece of copper wire into a square shape and straightened the copper wire with a file and sandpaper. Afterwards I bent the bracelet into shape and polished it up so it was nice and shiny. For the ...

How I made it: In this video I´m turning a Plant Pot into a copper Bull Ring and you will see the whole process making this handmade copper jewellery. The working process of making my Bull ring: An old copper plant pot that I bought at a flea market, I cut into small pieces, which I then melted in my furnace. I poured the molten copper into a metal mold so I got an ingot out of it. Then I cut o...

Thanks a lot ☺👍
Seriously superb.
Thanks a lot ☺️👍
i think the ends need filled
You may be right, but the idea with this bracelet was, among other things, that there should be no soldering. 😉👍
Nice work !
Thanks a lot 😉👍
Totally Amazing and so clever. The most clever video I've ever seen, so much fun weird stuff. Thanks for the cool bracelet also you are quite the creator. :)
Thank you very much for your awesome and specific feedback. I’m super happy that you also notice the different details - I enjoy myself when I do it - and try not to make it too boring to look at 👍 thank you again.
Nice work bro This is amazing Pls what is the name of the machine you use to flatten the metal? Thanks
Thank you very much for your great feedback. 👍 I use a Steel Bending Block - Double Sided.
What gauge is the wire?
It´s gauge 10 👍

Can I ask why you didn’t solder the ends on?
I didn't solder the ends because I wanted to show that it also works with glue if there is someone who doesn't solder. 👍
It’s like a very big Etruscan box chain. Not sure that has the links soldered in crosses though? Cool! Been meaning to gave a go at making g a smaller one. Can I ask what solder you used on the copper? I can’t get copper solder to flow and silver always looks bad.
Thank you so much for your awesome feedback. ☺👍I use Rothenberger copper solder 1 and 2mm - it works for me, but don't use too much - because then you will have to grind too much on it to get the joints copper colored ☺again.
Beautiful work. How do you keep it from turning your wrist green?
Thanks a lot ☺👍 - I lacquer my finished copper jewelery with hypoallergenic clear lacquer.
When jewelers use the liquids (other then for quenching hot metal). What is that for, like sulfuric acid and such?
I use e.g. sulfuric acid to remove excess solder residues and other surface impurities in the copper👍
It's beautiful!!!
Thanks a lot for your awesome feedback, Angela Shields. ☺👍❤
Beautiful!!! Customake 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thanks a lot, again StarSeed311 ☺👏
Your craft 👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you again - and of course for spending your time on my videos 😀👍❤
I appreciate your talent!!!
Thank you very much for your great feedback ☺👍
I’ll take it sir! Beautiful piece!
Thanks a lot, W Garrett ☺👍
Beautiful work of art! May I ask you, that solder rod for soldering copper pieces is phosphoric copper rod?
Yes - kind of - you´re right. 👍
@@my-projects although, the 14% sulfuric acid solution may work if i'm gonna make it from auto-battery electrolyte which it's 37% sulfuric acid and dilute it with distilled water to form 14%?
No, I would strongly advise against it if you haven't tried it before, because sulfuric acid generates a lot of heat when mixed with distilled water. I buy sulfuric acid which is 14% sulfuric acid from the start.👍
@@my-projects thank you for your advice and safety measurement 👍 Waiting for new videos! 👏
Thanks 😉👍
It Is a great work, only a tip, after the sulfuric acid, was be good por the brazalett in a banking soda Solution.
Thank you very much for your feedback - it was good advice - I will try to give it a try.
Lovely
@@RD-650 Thanks a lot ☺️👍
How much would that be for a 22" necklace?
Thanks a lot - but unfortunately I do not sell my works. They are given as gifts to family and friends. ☺👍
How much is that?
Thank you very much for your feedback - but unfortunately I do not sell my works.👍
i facepalmed when i saw you use the hanger in the drill instead of just shoving the coppet straight into the chuck. lol thankyou
Thanks a lot - Yes - why not do things a little differently 😀👍
Thanks for the great video once again, all are filled with super stuff. You never go overboard and it all just flows. Thanks, and be well.
Thank you so much, Mike - your great and detailed feedback gives me even more motivation to still spend as much time as I do on making my works and the videos that show it. ❤Thanks again. All the best to you.👍
Another fine piece of work, love it!
Thank you so much Mike - I really appreciate it. ☺👍
I know I could not it as good, but I’m going to try. Do you sell ant of these?
It sounds like a really good idea to make one yourself - I think you'll be surprised at how easy it is. 👍 No - unfortunately I do not sell my works - I give them as gifts to family and close friends. ☺👍
Amazing work!!!!!!!congratulations!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks a lot ☺❤
How many millimeters thick are the copper wires you used in this video? 2mm 3mm ?
They are 2 mm. 👍
@@my-projects Thanks for your answer, I really like your design. I'm planning to make this as a birthday gift for my friend. And I have one last question, should I be careful to wrap these wires tightly? What are the points I should pay attention to when making this product?
