GORGEOUS young Brown Trout release
Sooooooo pretty!!! I'm always amazed at how beautiful brown trout can be, and how I've never seen two brown trout that looked the same. Got this little male after a dawn patrol session on the Colville River this morning. I was just going to the shallower spot of the river to clean a much bigger Brown Trout that I had caught earlier. I'll be posting that full video in just a littlw while after posting this. (Gotta edit a little bit). #fishing #browntroutfishing #wildbrowntrout #trout #browntrout #pnwfishing #pnwoutdoors #nicefish

Nice sunset trout on a peaceful alpine lake

Just an evening at the peaceful alpine lake about 20 minutes from where I live in northeast Washington state. Caught a couple rainbow trout on some home made spoons that me and my buddy Brandon make. #pnwoutdoors #pnwlife #rainbowtrout #fishing #sportfishing #beautifulday #sunset #washingtonstatefishing #pnwfishing #pnw #freshwaterfish

Finally felt good enough (thanks to new meds. 😆) to get on the water at day break at least once, and try to catch a fish. I had just made a spoon the night before with some "MADE IN U.S.A." decals. The first time I threw it and reeled about halfway back to shore, I saw a BIG trout going after it. She hit it from below at full speed, and ended up launching a good 2 feet out of the water, with my...

Wow Bruddah talking about ironic? 🤔-So a person of a certain demographic who has “aloha kakou” proudly displayed on their profile and who also decides to toke and choke 1st thing in the morning decides to drop in on another brother and leave a comment about intoxication, racism and just fish?? A’ole 🤔 Wow….Typical pilau mainland rhetoric…Glad u live there!

What? Sorry it doesn't show me what you're referring to. But I used to have a room mate who would watch youtube on my laptop a lot, and was an idiot who never logged me out and used his own profile. Needless to say, for that and many other reasons, he no longer lives here. Sorry if he said something that was about racism. That's not my style at all. As far as intoxication goes, I can't stand alcohol or alcoholics at all. Anyone who chooses to make themselves less intelligent with every overpriced sip is wasting their life in my opinion

All said and done, I spent $120, and after I cut it I ended up with about $50 worth of opal. I highly recommend learning with potch and color parcels, before buying anything nice. Glad I only spent $120 on this parcel, because I need to learn. This was the perfect parcel for the stage I'm at, to learn my lessons the hard way. Maybe some day I'll move to Australia, and absorb as much info as I can, from people who have been doing it for generations. 😁

I wouldn't know that was your first on a couple of fronts. Looks great. Sorry about the heat affecting the color. There is a temperature that engineers use in aerospace and boat production. I think it's 180F for 8 hours, ideally under a vacuum. The temperature that you cure epoxy is the same temperature that the device will withstand before softening. I would be interested in learning if laboradorite is affected by heat. Didn't you have an epoxy coating over it, or did you polish it off? The professional method to mix epoxy is to the two pot method. You mix it up then pour it into another pot and finish mixing. Use a new stir stick too. Mixing on a flat surface, scrape up what you have mixed and move it to a fresh location. There is always raw resin not mixed.

I know that the walleye in this video isn't what a lot of ppl would consider a "giant walleye". But being that it's twice as big as any walleye that I have personally caught, the word giant just kinda came out. 😆
