Personaly, I like the TV mode overall. I agree it needed some tweaks, but it provided a nice break from all the combats and a lot of the puzzles were fun. But most importantly it is a great way to allow the players to still be playing the game while providing atmosphere. For example, exploring the Ballet Twin Towers was incredibly creepy and atmospheric. The dark environment, the ghosts. We wouldn't have gotten the same experience if it was only cutscenes.

If Caesar is not a must pull, then no unit is a must pull. She is like the Ruan Mei of ZZZ and will be relevant for a very long time. Being able to attack with your DPS without interruption is a big deal. With Caesar you can just charge with your DPS, ignoring the enemy attacks. When your shield is low, switch to Caesar for a few seconds to refill your shield and switch back to your DPS to attack. Who need a stunner when you are invincible?

I thought about this team IMMEDIATELY when I saw Caesar kit. I was planning on getting qingyi but I lost my 50/50, but then I saw that Caesar was a sup-stunner I knew that I needed her.

A friend of mine, who recently pulled Caesar, has Jane, S11, Ellen, ZY, Nekomata (uninvested), Grace (C1R2), Billy (invested) on his account and we were theorycrafting about where to put Caesar on his team. Our conclusion was, Caesar is so universal that she fits in for any of these DPS lmao

TVs are fine in endgame and stay there. story mode is annoying. it's too easy to be worth my time.

I just wanna say I'm not playing zzz for tv mode, tv mode isn't the reason I'm playing zzz. What I want is more action orientated challenges, more enemy varieties, more challenge goal varieties, i dont hate nor do I care about tv mode, if they want to keep it, fine, make it engaging and not a 30 mins snooze fest with elementary puzzles, it's that simple.

I actually kinda like the TV mode, especially some of the more "unique" non-repetitive ones. I think the ones that aren't really fun are the ones in hollow zero for example. Instead of removing it they could try to add in more unique mechanics and/or make it a bit more immersive (and also let people skip some animations that could waste time).

to be honest cant get why they made it that way..are we even travelling between TVs or like a virus hoping between tvs/pcs? not right? that part really confuses me as goes with my bro who thought at first we legit travelling between TVs as he saw me playing the game at launch..if they just made it top down version of the hollow like a real dungeon view it would make more sense.

If they get rid of TV mode they should at least add something that will involve the proxies, I feel that just adds a really good piece of the story that you are navigating the team through the hollow. Honestly I can't think of anything better than TV mode that feels better for navigating and I honestly think it's good, but I do understand how people can see that it messes with the pacing of story mode. Playing CH 4 felt nice being able to get straight into fighting a lot more, but removing the autonomy of being a proxy definitely was not the move.

I just finished Ch 4 and am honest to God, the lack of TV hurt the pacing of this chapter. A couple of scenes either go too fast or just end abruptly. There were a bunch of loose ends that were just never tied together because there was no place for exposition (TV mode was best at delivering these exposition scenes/dialogues). There also weren't enough comic strips because the set-up was lacking (set-ups that, from previous chapters, were given to us via the TV mode). Overall, it felt like the zero use of TVs threw a wrench on the writers' pacing of the story. It felt disjointed. And it was also too short for a full-on main story chapter. I genuinely think the lack of TVs reduced too much of what the story could have been. And not in a good, polished way. Personally, I did enjoy the story. But the overall experience was.. conflicting. While it focused on Caesar, we didn't get too much information about her or the Sons of Calydon. Burnice was shoved out of the story, for some reason. Lighter literally had more screen time than her and he was supposed to come out on the next patch. And yeah. It felt like a LOT was missing. Props to the writers tho for wrapping the story up nicely despite its flaws. I really hope they don't do this again because it was almost a mess.

Started running Jane and Seth today after figuring out Seth’s insane buffs. Completely changed the way I play ZZZ.

I feel that TVs are still gonna be relevant going forward, especially since these upcoming patches are prolly gonna be more focused on Section 6. And that Faction's main area IS Hollow Zero.

Personally, if they lessen the TV mode, I’m all for it. The TV mode is probably my least favorite aspect of the game as I find it really slows the flow of things and just ruins the immersion of the story by making it feel like you’re just watching someone experience the Hollows rather than experiencing what’s going on yourself. I also find it just can’t capture the atmosphere of the Hollows, a problem I had in particular with the Ballet Tower story. While the story seemed to present itself with a horror vibe, the TV mode just doesn’t carry that over the same as being there while the events are happening

It's more like 90/10 who wanted them removed to not. Only the zenless fanatics like TVs. People who want to play casually or as a side game hate TVs. You just don't hear from them because they don't usually comment or hang around twitch or they quit

take a shot everytime sol says OVERALL but seriously im mourning the loss of the tvs man, i think if they just sped up some animations so people could get to the action quicker, they wouldnt have a problem with it. but to axe them from the main story entirely sucks..

It's so ass. Phaethon is now demoted to HI3 captain status. Even if they decided to scrap it, it needs a replacment cause as things stand, what Phaethon acomplished in chapter 4 is identical to what the carot data acomplished for the other caracters like Kasa or Pompei.

Overall alot of good changes. Wasn't aware of the separation ultimates, that's gonna be fun. Plus I'm excited to run around as Soukaku.

I think TV mode is fine but lately I notice all puzzle content from Hoyo has been dumb downed since Inazuma, and so it gets boring.

no way they are getting rid of tvs, i understand why people dislike it by i thought it was pretty cool and unique. I guess a lot of people just dont like puzzles

I really hope they don't fully get rid of the TV mode in story missions. It gave ZZZ such a unique feel to the story missions thst isn't just "talk to NPC 1. Then go to location and talk to NPC 2"

i wanted to play zzz because of the hack n slash gameplay but the TV mode kept interrupting that and it made me quit entirely, i hope they give us the option to skip all TV sections

As an M3 Ellen haver, I always felt like her dmg was enough even without the stunned enemy, so Caesar, who let’s my Ellen just destroy everything with comfort and buffs would be a fine addition to my roster.

Pulling solely for her design and the fact her fighting style reminds me of Sophitia and Cassandra from SoulCalibur lol
