My great uncle served in the marines during Vietnam and ended up getting his leg blown up I've only met him once but I've never seen someone so out of it it's almost like he's still there getting shot at I remember my great aunt telling everyone how he had night terrors and would wake up in the middle of the night screaming and crying. I grew up with and around alot of vets but never have I seen something as terrible and scary as that. I would almost say it was the real life rendition of the song "one"

My dear friend lost her husband to Agent Orange. We buried him today. Her heart is broken and another soldier has died. He served until retirement in the police department. He served his family and his church. He could manage cattle and farm, and also started his own business all while serving. He was a GREAT man. Agent Orange has taken too many great men.

My husband was. Ranger with the 101st Airborne and did 4 tours. He nearly came home in in a body bag save for his LT behind him who took the full force of a shell and was killed. My husband spent a year in Walter Reed. Yet when coming home on leave once balloons of urine where thrown at him by protestor SEA-TAC airport. It was a different time. Rangers lead the way.
