My question is, does it make any difference if my will is titled: Last will of Michele ……. Or if it is titled: Last will and testament of Michele ……. I added “and testament” to the title, but I’m not sure if that was correct since I didn’t include a trust. Should I just have titled it Last will of Michele ……? I would love to know. Thank you.🙏
