Yes because its a bad design for the extreme not to have! Dirt will get to the center a lot of the time and the extra seal can help keep the bearings clean from water/dirt…

U need the size of the bearing diameter for sure and the outer diameter u can make it little bigger also

What type of rider u are? Best allround and lighter Lynx but if u want off-road technical then Patton! Sherman S if u want range and do it all abit heavy compared to Lynx…

My friend got his extreme totally maxed out on upgrades even with pedal risers for off-road and he likes it a lot! It’s a nice wheel so I don’t think u made a bad decision!

@dbirds21 yes because with the other linkage and shock it uses the travel all the way and then the pedals sit low to the ground when compressed…

I also went with the extreme. 1st wheel...king of trails. From my research this wheel will take a beaten and keep going. I was going to buy the Sherman L, but that was almost another 2k and if you gear up properly you will need another 2-3k by the time you buy knee braces, helmet, wrist, gloves, chest, back, kidney, elbow, shin, feet, skin...maybe even an air vest in the near future. From my understanding, Sherman L is the king of the street...The Lynx is the king of jumps. Even with a bigger budget, this extreme seems to be the best at going through trails.

@@BEASTIOU THE LYNX WASNT THE KING OF NOTHING FOR ME.... i SOLD MINE IN FAVOR OF THE EXTREME. THE LYNX WAS BETTER FOR HIGH SPEED STREET RIDING AAND THATS IT. OFF ROAD, TECHNICAL AND JUMPONG THE EXTREME IS BETTER...

It’s fairly waterproof but I always put something over the top…

I got the Lynx now with 66lbs and works fine for 90kg

They are both really good wheels! With a good discount on mini I prefer it… Patton suspension bit soft for 90kg

Yeh it’s needed in some scenarios because when the wheel goes down the mountain u will not get home… Make sure it is elastic abit so it won’t pull u to much!

I got the mudflaps aftermarket but when u take some big drops in the road they get hit abit at the back…

I got the early models of Berlin and my is from 2024 so I think i got HW3 but the cameras are not high resolution so maby the HW3

I do not know and I sold the wheel for a Lynx and after that EX30 then back Lynx to get a T4 pro now :)

I had the 70lbs still bottom outs but it’s fine now… changed the shocks because it was a demo model!

The hotter it gets then u get less viscosities… winter it gets thicker… It’s all personal what u like but when u bottomout a lot or is to soft go thicker!

Thanks! Well most important is to set the 2 suspensions exactly the same as the other because rebound and compression are together in 1 shock!

Hi it’s best to replace the bearings and u will need to remove it from the axle and the seal you can just pop it out with something that have same diameter… The bearings will get on the axle when u close the casings but make sure to rubber hammer it down and then tighten the screws more and more with this same process so it is really tight and your bearing will be on the axle! @@MisterBanaszak The thing is I'm just recording a teardown of the wheel, not trying to replace anything. We've decided to just heat up the cover more than we did prior and see if it settles in better. I think the friction was becuase of too large of an amount of grese I've applied. Will keep you updated!

I don’t have the extreme anymore :( But it’s easy to just remove the bolts at the axle when u losen up the suspension and then go trough abit of travel so u can get to the screws easy! Hope it works out for u 🤗

Ok is this all the time? Then u should look at the 2 little side screws of the battery boxes… Sometimes it’s not a perfect fit and if the wheel is new it needs to settle in? Try loosen them up abit and look if the suspension travel is smoother while not on the wheel… It should go really smooth and if not it’s the sliders that are not inline perfectly! Hope this helps for u?

@@MisterBanaszak the thing is, the suspension feels amazing, it just bottoms out to easy for my liking. I will try the screws thing, i will also install some suspension o-rings just to se how much of it i'm using

@mikoajzeman3 with 75kg it should not bottomout… because my friend is 100kg and he does big drops and no bottomouts so easy! Think u don’t have enough oil in the suspension maby?

@@MisterBanaszak That is a probability. Just to be sure, I have the grey knob all the way unscrewed and the hidden one all the way tightened.

@mikoajzeman3 the knob on the right when u stand on the wheel u turn with the clock all the way and left side counterclockwise

CATL en the performance is really good with efficiency and I charge 170kw peaks but mostly 10% - 80% around 20min. So I’m happy with it… The LFP is great but most of the times like 90% I charge at home 13amps only is fine for me because u can do 400km with 1 charge Now that it’s summer i will get easy 120wh/km with highway speeds also around 100kmh/60mph
