    I ate shark once. But I stop eating shark. I remember shark meat was looked like human baby when processing, cutting the shark meat. Also during boiling and eating. The smell and taste was so weird, not as fishy as other fish

      Shark fins cost a lot of money especially when they sold it to Asian countries, the rest of their body part doesn't worth much. That is cruel act!!

    Tried it for the first time (ostrich ground meat) and it tastes like Prime beef. I cooked it in bacon lard, Italian seasoning and used it in a meat red sauce. Soooo good.
