Thank you for this very inspirational work Wouter. I watched every stage of the Epic here in Australia from the comfort of my lounge chair. The heart and soul of an event like the Cape Epic is the amateur riders, volunteers and everyone behind the scenes. I could only dream of entering this event. I love mountain biking and ride my bike as often as I can. Thank you for this fantastic work. You should be proud of this mate.

It is the most beautiful marathon until the participants come along and trash it. Is there an award on constantia neck for the biggest slob or something?! You would think a person running a beautiful route would be inclined to appreciate that route but you would be wrong. Good luck to the clean up teams. Theyre going to need it. Good luck to nature too.
