Every review of the TFW 67 I’ve seen nobody has talked about the missing cable / fitting on the cab front that allows the 67 to run with the mk4 coaches for the push pull running. The mk4’s use UIC 100 fittings for push pull running , these bring more reliable than the tdm used on the mk3’s. On the TOE of the mk4 there should be a corresponding fitting on the plate panel where the gangway would be.

Re: the grey color. Real aluminium oxidizes and changes color. The color presented on the model/in the video appears as un-oxidized aluminium.

Are we sure TfW are not going to add to the livery; name to loco etc?

Liked and Subscribed ,, an awesome gr8 video and review there too m8.😎 I absolutely love these locos but at £228 or $395.41 + postage to here in oz would be another $80 + the gst , sort of makes it a tad expensive , well for me at least but anyway it is a really luvly loco. I do have 2 x C38 class loco's here at my place but just the plain ones & not the streamlined locos of which they only made 5 of need some repairing as i bought them in a job lot of around 40 locos & his kids were playing with all them in the dirt but ahh well nothing to me as I like a challenge and repair them and gets them all bar 2 running again. I just need a few bits and a tender for 1 of the 38's and a bit more detailing. Anyhoo i luvved the video keep the good work and gr8 video's coming as im keen to watch them. My only issue with the new hornby stephenson's rocket is the loco and tender contection is not permanently connected the amount of time I've had to send it back to hornby cuz a wire has snapped. It my only issue with the model

Nice review - these are good value locos from Jouef and have a considerable weight to them. The prototypes are from the Nez Casses (broken nose) series and called that for obvious reasons. I have the En Voyage version which is excellent and am tempted by this Fret version now. BTW - Loisirs is pronounced like the french Moi then 'seers'. I run UK outline and Continental on two different sections of my layout, variety is the spice of life and so much Conti stuff out versus UK that its a shame to miss out and would look great pulling some period freight wagons

Next time, will you show the HO scale next to a 00 gauge. Would you run them together on your layout?

Another excellent review. That won't be a third rail pickup. It'll be the magnetic track brake which can be used when environmental factors such as wetness or contamination of the rail surface causes the efficiency of the normal brakes to become less effective. I have quite a number of Continental HO scale models and sprung buffers are not something that is common. The pantographs will raise by hand.
