One thing most dont realize is this is the climax of the Quran. These are some of the last verses revealed chronologically, just the very short Nasr was after. In other words, this was just before the prophet died. The second surah revealed chronologically (al qalam) introduces the story of jesus with a parable, echoing jesus’ parable of the vineyard exactly. I highly recommend reading the Quran in chronological order, it will give you a different understanding.
