Canada
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 10 ก.พ. 2019
Jake and Ira are two Saskatchewan musicians who play traditional music, often replicating the sounds of Flatt and Scruggs while also delivering their own original music! Both young men are self taught multi instrumentalists as well as song writers. The sound of the five string banjo and their unique style of guitar picking defines their original and traditional sound. As well, they love to dress the part. If you are looking for good quality and original entertainment, Jake and Ira are your guys!

Brilliant revival of Carter Family style
The new flatt and Scruggs!!
Excellent sound fellas. What kind of mic is that that you're using? It captures the old sound of quartet singing beautifully.
Great old tunes. The Carter Family had such immense talent, especially A.P. I listen to them for days, get burnt out a little bit, and then go back and listen around the clock again! The present generation of youngsters don’t know how to appreciate this great music, what a loss for them. My favorites will always be the Carter Family.
I'm a 25-year-old man with two young daughters in Minneapolis. My wife is Ethiopian, and my daughters are mixed. They hear the Carter Family so often that they sing along to "Single Girl, Married Girl." You'll be surprised how long the Carter's legacy will live on.
You are so good you sound like Flatt and scruggs
Love listening to your beautiful music
Beautiful
So Young Yet Playing The Oldies God Bless 😮. 9:04pm
Forgot to mention I had these guys I was listening to also. This old school done "right" puts a longing feeling in my soul.
Right down town lads👍👏👏😁
From Scotch Irish to a boat to America, then the mountains, and hills, and now on u tube. 😂
Iike. That alot great Lester would definitely approve. The pompadour is cool too 👍👍😊👍👏👏
You guys bring joy to me love your sound 👍👏👏
✌️👏👏👍😁
All I know is this music makes me feel good. If the kids would only try a does of this hard whiskey music they would love it after a few listens. You can't just spring it on them. Just put it on when the kids arn't listening but they will hear it subconciously and feel better. Huh?
This is my all time favorite country song, A Carter family icon.Variou versions of the words out there but all good. Will do it the odd time at Kareoke in memory of my oldest sister who delivered 1000s of papers in our town.Went long before her time after 2 courageous battleof the big C.
Earl's break down fellas your pretty tight 👏👏👍😊
All you need now is a Martha white commercial. Great sound 👍👏👏
Very good, true country music. ❤
Did you notice the guitar player uses a thumb pick just like Lester Flatt did? Great!!
I love this song. I Have a version by Jim Ed Brown. These boys did a great job.
Great they sound like the Louvin bros.
WoW you guys are great talents. Thanks for posting on You Tube.
Almost can hear a Martha white add break 👏👏✌️
I love to see young Bluegrass players. It gives me faith and hope
