40 Minute Intensive Full Body Workout With Dumbbells
Join me for this enhanced, intensive 40-minute full-body dumbbell workout designed to help you strengthen major muscle groups, improve endurance, and enhance overall tone. This session is perfect for both home and gym workouts-just grab a set of dumbbells (in the video, I’m using pairs of 4 kg and 6 kg, but you should choose a weight that suits your fitness level-you can even use just one pair). For added resistance, you may optionally include a fitness band, which is used in a few exercises as an additional accessory.
The workout begins with a 3-minute warm-up to prepare your body for the main exercises and reduce the risk of injury. The main session consists of exercise cycles lasting 50 seconds each, with short 10-second rest intervals for recovery. Halfway through, there’s a 1-minute break to recharge and maintain energy levels. We’ll end the workout with a 3-minute stretch, promoting muscle relaxation and recovery after exertion.
