Hi guys. I wanted to upload a quick and janky video of some before and after cold starts and 0-60 runs with my new LTH brand long tube headers. I ordered my headers with the high flow cats. I'm currently running the stock cat-back with plans to run a Borla Touring or just Borla Pro-XS muffler at some point.
The install took two, non-mechanic but very capable guys, 11 hours to install. I recommend buying the stock Ford gasket kit, part number M9448M50. It comes with factory studs and nuts as well.
I had a custom exhaust shop weld the 3 joints where all the parts came together as I had some exhaust leaks. Once they finished that, it sounded great.
After installing these headers, I was getting a CEL with code P0430 and P0431 which is downstream Bank 2 and Bank 1 catalyst out of range. I used two sets of spark plugs de-foulers to extend the O2 sensors and it worked great.
My truck is a 2016 5.0 SCrew with the 6.5' bed. I have a Boss 302 intake manifold installed and am running 87 Eco, 87 Perf/Tow, and E85 Perf/Tow from 5StarTuning. If you have any questions, drop a comment and I'll do my best to answer it. Thanks for watching.
