the mobile app is available on both ISO and Android, search for "Boardlink" in the app store. you can register using google acct or your FB acct.

there are other brands and models of door handle. the issue will be if the handle u have eyes on, will it fit the existing cut hole on the door. You can dismantle the existing handle and lock and bring down to your near by hardware store to compare before purchase.

yes a clear line of sight will be best, but some furniture and decoration in the room does reflect the IR signal to those not in line. I will suggest get a USB IR repeater which does help to get to those hard to reach corner. As for max distance with direct line of sight, which will be from the broadlink device to my aircon unit across the room about meters apart.

as most AC are control by IR, which means you require a direct line of sight. meaning you will require a hub in each room to control the AC.

yes its possible, make that under "Scenes", with timer delay for each key press. for example. on tv, delay 0.5 sec, on soundbar, delay 0.5 sec, on tv box, delay 30 sec (wait for tv and rest of equipment to full boot), press source key on tv. end

Sadly my unit was damaged due to my butter finger when i was doing a test, but i faced lots of issue when testing this unit. slow in detection and also no notification on Samsung phones. in short, i wont recommend this unit,

I using a old samsung USB charger with only fast charging, not super fast charger which came with USB C. standard usb charger should not be any issue.

the handle is hold down by the small screw at the bottom, after the scew is removed. the handle can be remove, use some force to remove it. move left right and top bottom. As for the cartridge, there are other makers out in market but as the size and profile is hard to match and find, i will suggest get this OEM instead.

have your try pressing the reset button at the rear with a pin? if it still does not reset, i suggest you contact the seller for warranty.

Working on the video for the motion detect, don't face much problem with it. May be because of my residence location. Will work on the video for door ring, I know this will give me problems. As for Google streaming, it does not work for where I'm located in Singapore for now.

Nop, it's fixed as 8gb for local storage, but there is a paid subscription for cloud storage.

No, the phone does not need IR blaster, all IR signal are coming from the Broadlink Box. The phone is just an interface to program the Broadlink Box.

More bad points than good at this point. Review may be delay as manufacturer mention firmware update coming to fix. Stay tune.

@@IrcGlitch I installed it and used it for one week. I could not get it to work with google home. The colors looked washed out. It took a lot of attempts to connect to wifi. I encountered so many issues with this doorbell.

Google as mention by manufacturer only work in some region. I'm located in Singapore. Nv got it to work. Sadden n disappointed.
