This controller is ass, ever since buying this my aim has been terrible. Bounced it off a wall.

only real issues ill say is the grip peeling and turning yellow other then that its the best pro controller out there and theres none that come close tbh also being able to adjust your controller settings deadzones etc is insane and you able to do so now even on pc im telling you no other pro controller even matches up and you dont even really need kontrol freaks with this it comes with high sticks also

And why use the Edge on battery power? with the usb cable connected it is much faster

The point of back buttons is to replace the face buttons,this is why most have four. Thats the one issue i take with your review. Also...what idiot at sony approved the battery in this thing? $200 for WORSE battery life.

I play on PlayStation w this controller, but im going to have to disagree with your take on the deadzone. It could be the product you received, but my controller had absolutely no deadzone. The amount of customizations there is on the controller is pretty impressive and has mapping for paddles etc. you also receive a box that comes with many attachments. You’re also able to add weight to find the perfect fit for you. The controller also has trigger stoppers, removable joy sticks etc. they had different audio settings within the controller and they had a button that switches it from wired to wireless.

With the mapping is it possible to map directions and buttons I.e UF2 as one button?

I play on PC and currently use an Xbox One S controller for competitive gaming but the clicky sounds from the buttons are driving me nuts when playing a game with low sound. Can you please help me decide between Dualsense 5 and Gulikit KK3 Max?

Sony make a controller with replaceable sticks but the replacement modules are out of stock. Its like paying for a Ferrari with no fuel. It just breaks down and you're now stranded calling up the AA for a replacement.

Looking to get one soon, odd on battery life my Gen 4 Duelsence only charged it once from Xmas when got Ps5 slim it came with, and that was only on 2 bars the gen 4 battery life is excellent. Are these edge's all same gen or is there different gens aswell we need look out for?

Good review. In the video, you said that the KK3 max is half the price of the Dual Sense ? Could you precise the price at the time of the video ? Because it can change a lot in time and country, so it is always useful. Also, you talked about the ultra low-latency. Does it satisfy the promise ? How does it compare with Dual Sense latency ?

Lets be real for a min the reason they don't use the good hall effect isn't cause the price its cause they wouldn't sell as many controllers if they last 10 yrs Sony would loose a boat load of money

I wear a 2X glove. I can cross my thumbs completely on a PS5 controller. I came across the C2 grips and took a chance, and it's been amazing. It puts my hands in the proper place, so my thumbs are now correctly positioned on the joystick. You do lose some vibration feedback from the controller, but I'll take that over my hands cramping.

Does it work on ps4 ??

Too expensive, instead of replaceable sticks we should’ve gotten magnetic sticks and fixed once n for all, and the sticks never in stock. Can’t recommend it for fking 300$

I bought the same exact model few days back. Fcking stupid. It can’t really play PC games. Only can play some Steam games as Steam will auto set it up to Steam Input. Couldn’t use the controller for my games in EPIC, EA, XBOX. It shouldn’t stated there for PS5, PS4 and PC. I did everything on the manual, downloaded software, upgrade the firmware. And also switch it to the correct mode of coz. PC-Wireless-Advanced mode. Was so mad. Contacted support and they said maybe I need contact the game developer or remap the button in every game?! LIKE WTF UR TALKING I have normal XBOX controller, Flydigi, Hexgaming and few more PC controllers. All these when I just connect the USB dongle, damn the controller works perfect FOR ANY PC GAMES. The issue I have for this controller when playing games NOT from Steam; - button mapping haywire and messed up - pause button aint working - press the left joystick, an on-screen keyboard appear - LB works same as LT I bought this Nacon controller coz the design looks amazing. It ain’t cheap! But works like a fcking garbage!

Ive had no issues with mine. Seems to be a decent option for those on PS5 but prefer the offset style thumbsticks like you find on Xbox controllers. Kinda bummed the rumble feature is missing from PS5 though.

Xbox controllers feel best for me. Never really liked PS5 controllers that's why I play on PC (fps etc). Sadly, flydigi apex 4 doesn't work with ps5 so I gave this a try. It's my main now as long as I don't accidentally press the back buttons cause it sucks so bad. Joysticks feel wider compared to ps5 and xbox, like the diameter is bigger idk just feel like it.

Can i use the nacon revolution 5 pro with it and a zen?

I have had my DS edge for almost 2 years now and have well over 2000 hours into it, with all the same problems and perk. From the rubber on the grips peeling to the minor amount of stick drift. I was smart when I pre ordered this and also picked up 2 extra stick modules as I was anticipating them having the same life expectancy as the regular ps5 controller (about 2 to months for me). While I do have a very small about of stick drift, it is completely mitigated by adjusting the dead zone inputs in the controller settings for each game I play, and I have not even used the extra stick modules I bought when I ordered the controller. Now for the bad. Since I have bought the controller, I cannot attest to current build quality or longevity. On top of that we have the price of the stick modules. Originally $20, now everywhere I look wants to charge $50 per module. Should you need to replace both modules you are looking at $100, half the price of the controller itself. Now, would I recommend buying one? Yes and no. This late into the ps5 life cycle and a lack of good competitive games other than Fortnite, I cannot recommend going and dropping $200 on this controller. However, I do regularly see them listed for sale on facebook marketplace for $100- $130. I’m sure you could even haggle them down for even cheaper. In short, new? No. A used one at/under $100? Definitely. It is a game changing experience, and you will notice a clear improvement in your gameplay. Maybe with the possible release and “return to form” of battlefield later this year(happy new year everyone, it is currently 3:30am, Jan 1st for me) I might recommend it more. However, if you are a CoD player, I recommend just playing something else BO6 isn’t worth the time it takes to download or the exorbitant hard drive space it takes up(for anyone wondering, I am 10th prestige lv240. I have enough time in the game to say it’s not worth the price and is so bad that it has finally convinced me to give up on CoD for good and never return)

Batteries are worse than charging

You will need 4 paddles when you have trained yourself to use them. Once it’s second nature to have 4 then 2 is a massive downgrade. If you never push yourself to REALLY get used to using 4 then 2 will seem fantastic. 4 are objectively better.

It's great, but it started giving me wrist pains after two days of use, so I had to return it. I mostly use my keyboard on my lap while sitting on the couch in front of the TV, which my PC is connected up to, so even getting some wrist support bar really wouldn't have helped; the profile is just too high. Also, another major thing was it being American keys when I'm from the UK. And I wasn't going to pay £50 for a set of alternative keys where 90% of them would just go to waste. They should sell a little UK alternative set of only the keys that need to be changed for like £10 or something. It's crazy they have an alternative set, so they obviously know this is a thing, yet the set is overpriced and comprised of mostly just pointless keys useful only for the bin. And I do wish is was designed to use replaceable batteries [normal or recharging] with the option of using a battery pack if you want, because it's going to become a bit useless in the future once its built-in rechargeable battery dies. But, outside of those few things that were dealbreakers for me personally, the actual build quality and such was stellar. PS. With the wire for the big buttons, why didn't you just keep them with the little plastic tie around them to hold everything in a neat bunch. That doesn't look bad at all. And, if kept like that, I imagine it would quite neatly sit behind the keyboard and out of the way.

To someone who owns one of these: Can someone please tell me if I’ll enjoy the “feel” of this enough as, say a CoD:BO6 player, who simply loves the campaign alone and replaying that, to justify buying? same example can be used with the game Last of Us for example. Cheers guys for any help.

Ive read online, Solo play is all possible in Trival, Easy, Medium and Challenging, other upper difficulties on solo is near impossible or just impossible unless you are extremely skilled

2:12 Yes, the market reason being that Sony wants to keep selling those sticks for you once they eventually wear down, simple as that.

The Battery life is so terrible, you have to just play with it always plugged in. Goodluck finding the stick modules in stock. Regret buying it
