I love my Charles Stanley Daily Bible-I did it two years ago. Last year I did the Bible Recap also loved it! This year I’m doing the Navigators Bible plan. I love listening to the Bible-the YouVersion Bible App is my go to. ❤ thank you for sharing these amazing resources to draw us closer to God and read His Word daily.

Thanks Patty another fellow nurse here. I no longer work in the hospital, but still in the profession. I finished my Charles Stanley life Principles bible last Sept., so I switched translations and am now reading an NLT in random order. I pick a book and read around 3-5 chapters a day until it is completed. Reading the NLT is a breeze. Once done with that, hoping by end of June, I plan to use Faith A Life’s Grace Plan, but modified. LOL

Hi Patty, Thanks for this review. Nice to come across your channel. It's a very unique subject that you have selected to be your youtube channel. Can you let me know what would be your picks when it comes to a study bible or life application bible which is very accurate to the original scripture. I don't mind KJV. For an example if you take the verse where Paul is talking about Thorn in the flesh there is so much of misconceptions around it. It's not that Paul was having a sickness but it was as a result of persecution he was faced with. Another example I would give is about Seed Giving. Many preachers are using it to persuade ppl in their churches to give extraordinarily & end result being some of those preachers living a luxury life. I want a good study bible which is very much aligned with the real word of God and I would love to have charts,graphs etc as well. I was looking at Max Lucado's Bible what you listed here & is he doctrinally in the right standing? Would appreciate if you could give me your recommendations. Look forward to hearing from you

So many wonderful options! The dated one year Bible feels too stressful 😅 I think the skipping around reading plans are better for those who know their Bible than newer believers. I’m following the Navigators Reading plan in 2025. It jumps around which I like. It’s 25 days a month so gives you extra days to catch up when you fall behind. I love the Paul Tripp devotional. I bought it mid year last year so I’m looking forward to reading the ones I missed out on. The Bible in 90 days! I will have to check that out one day. I don’t know how you’ll be able to choose between those two Bibles! They both seem great.

I just bought the nasb daily scripture and it just has day one, day two.... so if I miss a day, so be it. this may just have to go into 2026

I enjoyed your video. I did a 90 Day this summer and loved that experience. I used the book by Mary DeMuth. Since then I’ve read most of the NT again. I need to read Revelation and then moving to Genesis. I’m just going with the flow this year and moving around as the Spirit leads me. I know I’ll read Paul’s epistles again because I like his encouragement nuggets. 😊
