The Bible encourages us to worship him (1 Chronicles 16:23-31, Jeremiah 20:13) . In fact in Revelation, there are four living creatures that never stop praising God: “Each of these living beings had six wings, and their wings were covered all over with eyes, inside and out. Day after day and night after night they keep on saying, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty- the one who always was, who is, and who is still to come.” Whenever the living beings give glory and honor and thanks to the one sitting on the throne (the one who lives forever and ever), the twenty-four elders fall down and worship the one sitting on the throne (the one who lives forever and ever). And they lay their crowns before the throne and say, “You are worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power. For you created all things, and they exist because you created what you pleased.”” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭4‬:‭8‬-‭11‬ ‭NLT‬‬ There is nothing satanic or sinful about praising the Lord our God in spirit and truth (John 4:24). There is no Bible verse that says you shall not praise God at church on Sundays. The view you have may be like the Pharisees, where they have man-made laws or traditions that were never given by the Lord our God. The Pharisees hated Jesus when he came to Earth and thought it was wrong that Jesus ate grain from the grain fields and healed a man on the Sabbath day. Jesus said, “2 But some Pharisees said, “Why are you breaking the law by harvesting grain on the Sabbath?” 3 Jesus replied, “Haven’t you read in the Scriptures what David did when he and his companions were hungry? 4 He went into the house of God and broke the law by eating the sacred loaves of bread that only the priests can eat. He also gave some to his companions.” 5 And Jesus added, “The Son of Man is Lord, even over the Sabbath.” 9 Then Jesus said to his critics, “I have a question for you. Does the law permit good deeds on the Sabbath, or is it a day for doing evil? Is this a day to save life or to destroy it?” 10 He looked around at them one by one and then said to the man, “Hold out your hand.” So the man held out his hand, and it was restored! 11 At this, the enemies of Jesus were wild with rage and began to discuss what to do with him.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭2‬-‭5‬, ‭9‬-‭11‬ ‭NLT‬‬ There’s a flaw the Bible points out: “Jesus replied, “You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you, for he wrote, ‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God.’ For you ignore God’s law and substitute your own tradition.” Then he said, “You skillfully sidestep God’s law in order to hold on to your own tradition.” ‭‭Mark‬ ‭7‬:‭6‬-‭9‬ ‭NLT‬‬ Overall, we should be worshipping God every day, praying unceasingly (1 Thessalonians 17), going to church (Hebrews 10:25), and praising God every day. “Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts. And give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭18‬-‭20‬ ‭NLT‬‬

​​​@@learningbiblicaltruthsOk I'm open to learning more about your viewpoints I'm sorry it's just I was born and raised SDA and they might call us legalists or think we're no longer bound by the law but I think it's important to keep the law, Romans 3:31 Luke 4:16 1 John 2:4 Ezekiel 20:20 Hebrews 4 we love God by keeping commandments 1 to 4 and love our neighbor by keeping commandments 5 to 10 I understand we are saved by grace through faith in Christ but John 14:15 says if you love God keep his commandments. Keeping the commandments is a result of having a relationship with God. Religion is to practically care for Orphans and widows and to remain uncorrupted by the world. Anyways it's ok if you disagree with the Doctrine of the SDA church. I'll pray for you anyways good luck with your ministry and it's ok to agree to disagree. I wish you the best.

Spiritual Milk and Spiritual Food 'As newborn babies want milk, you should want the pure and simple teaching. By it you can mature in your salvation, ' 1 Peter 2:2 'Brothers and sisters, in the past I could not talk to you as I talk to spiritual people. I had to talk to you as I would to people without the Spirit-babies in Christ. The teaching I gave you was like milk, not solid food, because you were not able to take solid food. And even now you are not ready. You are still not spiritual, because there is jealousy and quarreling among you, and this shows that you are not spiritual. You are acting like people of the world. One of you says, “I belong to Paul,” and another says, “I belong to Apollos.” When you say things like this, you are acting like people of the world.' 1 Corinthians 3:1-4 'By now you should be teachers, but you need someone to teach you again the first lessons of God’s message. You still need the teaching that is like milk. You are not ready for solid food. Anyone who lives on milk is still a baby and knows nothing about right teaching. But solid food is for those who are grown up. They are mature enough to know the difference between good and evil. So let us go on to grown-up teaching. Let us not go back over the beginning lessons we learned about Christ. We should not again start teaching about faith in God and about turning away from those acts that lead to death.
