Hey OP, good playthrough. How do you manage to explore sectors so fast? In my missions I'm setting like 10 sensor towers and I am done with scanning (including deep scanning) around sol 120. Maybe it's because of DLCs? I'm playing vanilla version.

You should’ve used rapid fire, it’s a lot better.

I hoped the final experiment would be escaping from the facility in the middle of the night, getting all the remaining ant DNA like army ants and driver ants. It would've been awesome imo.

This game has some nice side quests. It is quite interesting, but not a masterpiece.

I like this a lot But the midway I feel that this game need more events

I wish I could play this game some more and build the best Soviet Republic there ever was. But the game keeps crashing and I can't play games which do that. Well, at least I finished the first campaign! Although, its more or less just the tutorial to be honest.

Mission 9: where are all the material caches?

At the point where you got the prepulsion cannon, the gameplay went from okay gameplay to what seemed like you just handed the controller to a 9 year old. Lol 1:52:19 why did you insist on building the solar panels above water? They work underwater just fine. Also did you know that you can repair your submarines with the repair tool? Or is there a reason you didn't repair your seamoth? 3:47:04 okay now you know you can repair your seamoth. Nice. 5:46:21 "The sword slays the dragon, click and get it. This knife has witnessed the death of 13 Leviathans, and is given to you today. Kill Leviathan and that's it." This is what auto translation gave me. 7:17:40 why do you have the console on? 7:59:05 Emperor: *talking and telling lore* You: *shoving a scanner in their face instead of letting them finish talking* XD

I really want to know how to unlock achievement on the last mission. where are those last 3 material caches edit)turns out there is a bug currently. no 3 material caches on the map. so if you want to unlock this achievement, you have to turn on beta version and load savegame of last mission.

For mission 6, which room is the storage room?

Dang. This is a quality game.

Well, that was disappointingly easy! As I mentioned in a previous video, I wanted to check out some of the later missions of the new DLC on Brutal difficulty. Turns out, Brutal isn't as bad as it used to be when the game was released originally. I mean, sure, I lost a lot more units than on normal difficulty but I beat each of these missions on brutal on my first try after having played them just once before on normal.

Arrrrh, I've no idea how to get the 1st achivement in the 6th mission, called self-preservation...

I could say this, this is currently the first mission that has multiple dialogues in defeat cutscenes: Most soldiers stay in your nest, the Scientist keeps on knocking the glass, causing harm to the ants including the queen. Having level 1 or 2 of each Fire, Acid, Laser, and Electric Immunities won't survive through the final test. Any enemies manage to kill the queen if the player leaves it alone, even if the Queen's abilities are in cooldown. The second goes to: The Final Experiment (Hermit Scorpion/The Twins and Dragantula cutscenes) The Harvest (both enemies killed your queen and opponents gather more leaves than player's leaves cutscenes) Front Line (both enemies and Army Ants invaded your nest and killed the Queen in different cutscenes) A Bridge Too Far (both enemies killed your queen and your colony is flooded cutscenes) Rising Tide (surface enemies killing your queen, underground enemies killing your queen)

Can you imagine how much more effective this army would have been with armor and air support sooner?

I had done the first and the second ending but not the third, it is interesting to see how the scientist dies just like the ants when they lose their queen
