Harley Davidson 120 Year Anniversary with Adam Sandoval
So I always wanted a Harley and now that I can afford one I got one…when I got there they let me test ride the one I wanted but they tried to sale me on a new one the new one was beautiful, but I knew I wanted upgrades and upgrades were going to cost more. They even threw in $2000 credit for upgrades but still the new one would cost more because it was new but I buckled down and I said I wanted the 2016 Lowrider S because that was my dream bike and I got it and now I am happiest dude out there on the road. It came with all the upgrades already new suspension a really nice exhaust so my point is why let the salesman dictate youshould’ve just gotten that sportster I don’t know. I guess I just don’t let people get in my head
That’s awesome David! Glad you got the bike you love dude!!!! And I am a total fan of buying used…. Your $$$$$ goes so much further and you usually end up with all the upgrades for free!!!!! Love the Lowrider S dude!
The sad Fact is that Both Harley Davidson and Polaris biggest Investors are Black Rock and Van Guard.
AMF Bought HD because they were on the Verge of Bankruptcy.. AMF money developed the Evolution motor. My Cousins friend assesses how Companies are run and advises them how to become more efficient. He said HD was the biggest Cluster mess he had ever seen. I don't know what year he did that. He is well beyond retirement age now .
Wow that’s cool dude! Interesting to hear someone’s inside look into it.
It's 1133cc not a 1200cc
It’s a better or equal bike for much cheaper. The end
Man, I really wanted the 2025 Indian Scout Sixty Bobber and came across this bike. I don’t think I’ve seen one bash video. From New Zealand, to India, Europe and the US. Everyone loves it. The price is so hard to beat. I’m going to get this over the scout for now just for the price alone. Great video man, you answered a lot of questions I had. I hope my local power sports dealer has one in stock!
That’s awesome dude! I can say this…..I have a 2019 Indian Scout Bobber…is it a beautiful and powerful bike yep it is….but if I was choosing between that and the Shotgun today…..I’d buy the shotgun…..without a doubt……it just so much more nimble …still has plenty of power…. Is heavy enough to take it on the highway and will easily do those highway speeds ….and for thousands of dollars less….. take the extra $$$ and buy yourself all the coolest gear you want for riding :) Cheers 🍻
Great video man. I bought a 2023 Chieftain and I have not regretted it. I agree with you on the community side of things. Indian corporate or Polaris doesn’t seem to put the same kind of value on community that Harley Davidson does. Although I’ve seen some videos Originating from the Czech Republic and Prague that seem to go against that school of thought. But I have to admit I kinda like being an outlier. When people see my bike, they think it’s cool and I dig that.
I don't know where to start here !! Some parts of your review where right on point with what I was looking for. However your taste in music is just terrible and the way you pump it loud over the video just ruins everything. Its a motorcycle review not a music review. I'm still going to give you a like because you answered some important questions I had about the bike. But I feel your channel could build a lot more with some tweaks.
Thanks for the advice man. And appreciate the 👍 like.
@@FASTLANEMOTO Thanks for not being offended. Everyone gets so butt hurt theses days. I just finished watching this video of course and it was good !! You have sold me on this bike because my biggest concern was will it go 75 or 80 when I need it too. P.S. The music was less overbearing still sucks to me LOL since you look like a real rocker or head banger. Keep up the good work I have now subscribed.
@@njt4253 hahaha thanks man… yeah I’ve been in several bands over the years none of which ever went anywhere ..lol….yeah dude this bike will do 90 with ease. And in total honesty it just handles so easily that it’s really a joy to ride….waaaaaay easier to push around the garage as well than my Scout Bobber is….. and I think it’s only like maybe 20- 30 lbs lighter … which is wild. I’m really missing the bike…..gotta try and pick one up. The price is just so reasonable for what you get as well that’s it’s crazy! 🤪 Hope you have an awesome weekend dude. Thanks for the Sub very much appreciated.
I like it when you hear some guy making fun of someone’s ride. You ask him what he rides and he says- Oh I don’t have a bike. And I laugh and tell him we don’t care what you think buddy! Go away
Ha!
Doesn’t matter what you ride as long as it’s 2 wheels. We just love being in the wind
Clown. Not because he opted for the Indian. That was a good call. Not because he opted against HD. That was an even better call. But in a market in which we're seemingly losing an MC dealer every freakin day (the trend had already begun even two years ago), whining because a dealer wouldn't accept the risk of letting a potential clown test drive a bike in the rain is self entitled and dumb. It's not your business my dude. And you're not the only clown on the wet roads when it's raining. And no one wants to count your nose hairs. So back away from the camera. smh
I’ve got two Indians, and am in a club. There is no “it has to be a Harley”. They just want American made. I don’t hate the Harley bikes, I just got bored with them. I went with the Pursuit, which handles the curves better than any of the Harleys I had. I like being on a bike that not everyone else has. Why blend in?
Thanks for sharing Dude. Appreciate your perspective as you obviously have 1st hand experience.😎👍
Such an awesome video and you explained a lot of the things including riding around town which is so important. How would you say it would handle if I were to ride it in some heavy traffic? Will it be easy to maneuver and merge into or switch lanes in slow speed to get around the cars? FYI I live in Bangkok, Thailand. Major traffic in rush hours lmao! Thanks n appreciate if you can reply!
Great questions. First thank you so much for watching …I love hearing from people like you from all over the world it’s so cool :) Your heavy traffic compared to ours in the states is pretty different….from what I’ve seen in videos ..so I’m not sure if I can answer accurately … here’s what I can say….. my commute to work is about 10 miles and the speed tops at 40 mph….. the traffic is two way single lane and not very heavy so it’s a really easy commute. I have had the bike on the freeway as you saw and had it upwards of 90 mph it absolutely zips in and out of traffic in those setting perfectly. As far as very dense traffic such as you experience I really wouldn’t know if it would be great for you or not. I do think it’s a really maneuverable bike. It’s just such an easy bike to ride and from what I’ve heard pretty much the easiest bike to flick around in Royal Enfield lineup :)
I purchased this bike and I love it. It’s very capable. I’ve still got my Honda CB1100. The shotgun is 100Kilo lighter and such fun to ride.
Awesome dude! Yep I miss it since I had to give it back to RE. I may have to buy one :)
burt monroe the kiwi still holds the fastest time for under 1000cc at bonneville salt flats with his old 1920 indian and holds the fastest velocette record british bike] as well
Thanks for sharing that info man :) Happy Friday to ya!
There’s lots of people that are too big for sportsters that have them. I had one. I’m 6’6”. Actually I think I had a couple.. and no it’s not a girls bike either. I understand what you’re saying
Thanks for sharing Will! Who in their right mind would tell a 6.6 man he was riding a girls bike?????!!!!!😂
@ never underestimate how dumb some people can be lol they will always surprise you
@williammorgan5987 ha so true!
Hi, I have a issue with my hunter ..oil leak through the wire which is connecting to magnetic coil. Near to front sprocket leakage of oil found. please let me know what would be the issue
Hmmmn I’d have to see what you’re talking about…. Can you send a picture of the issue to rknflane@gmail.com?
Who's got rights to the name Interceptor" in the US? It's quite silly calling it the International while reading the abbreviation Int.
Sorry man that was just me misspeaking…DOH! We also call it the Interceptor but it can’t be badged that in the U.S. I guess because Honda owns the rights in he U.S….. at least that’s my understanding.
Hy
Thanks for watching.
International 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yeah I know…lol 🤦♂️
See the new Goa Classic 350. Beautiful.
Absolutely!!!! I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE THAT BIKE !!!!! Probably the thing I’m most excited about with its release is all the extended cables and electronics that will now be available for customizing the other 350’s….. I’ve been wanting to g to do a custom 350 meteor for awhile and I k we o e of the hardest parts was going to be tying to locate the extended cables!!!!!
Love the video. Red somewhere thay RE prepares 750cc engine for it's lineup, can't wait.
Wow 750 maybe 😎that would be pretty sweet!
@FASTLANEMOTO there is mention of 750 or 850 cc engine. We'll see
You can already buy full kits to upgrade the engine to 750 or 860cc. Hitchcocks in England.
Ooooh nice 👍
🤔Int= Interceptor🤦🏻♂️
Yeah I know 🤦♂️
This bike will shake up the Scrambler market which is growing rapidly. Placing my order, it will tick all the boxes for a great price👍🏻
Awesome Paul!!!! That’s super exciting dude! Which one are you getting?
@ toss up between the TWO FOUR NINE or the WILD HONEY variant.
@Paul-g4v1f nice dude!
If you make a little tent out of the oil filter box to put over the exhaust pipe, the oil will run right off when changing the filter. I followed this vid on my first oil change tonight Hunter 350
Right on thanks for sharing! 😎
Another reason Harley is going good bye. This should have been made for the last 10 to 15 years of a throw back to track racing. I have been saying this for a decade, and they still don't get to get a customer, get them started on one. Good job RE
Good point dude! There’s just something that Royal E is capturing that sparks ⚡️ like childhood memories for me…… and I’m certain it’s gotta be cool to be younger than me and to be able to go out and essentially buy a bike that so captures the 60’s/70’s and even earlier…. And at such a reachable price point…… I mean there are brand new 350’s for sale end of the year for like $2899 …. Of course closer to $3500/$3900 with all the fees and such but still….. it’s made a world a younger person can easily step into or if your older and always wanted that classic bike it’s reachable and easier to convince say your wife because it’s so inexpensive….. and to walk out into the garage everyday and see this beautiful machine that’s now yours….how cool is that :) yeah man I’m with you I absolutely love RE. Thanks for sharing dude!
You got my sub with your response. I just do not get why simple has not been understood in the last two decades. We have gone past most peoples expectation of knowledge. Better doesn't mean better. I like things that work. Not having to tend to it every day or week. I like we have got fuel injection and carbs are the past. But 20k bikes are for the few today. And the ones that buy them dont use it. I have a 500 dollar watch... why my first wife got it for me is mind blowing. But it doesnt tell me time. It needs to be worn every day and in the sun.... give me simple and it works. Then make shit for people that want to flaunt it. Lol😊@@FASTLANEMOTO
'tis a sexy bike to be sure.
Amen 🙏
can I ask you what kind of tool you used to unscrew? because I'm trying with a hexagonal key but even if I do strength I can not. thanks
We call them Allen Wrenches but yeah it’s a hex key
I would say mine was pretty tight as well
Preach it brother!
Thanks for the support Shawn!
I like Indians style, I bought my Scout because she has sexy curves. With the stage 1 upgrades she has a sexy growl too!!!
It's intercepter.....
👍 Roger that! Thanks
u talk too much. I could not finish the video
Well thanks for trying :)
Dawnkeys complaining about exhaust. To me it looks like one godamn cool exhaust
I agree that It looks sweet!🤓
I'g like to see a single silencer like that on the Super Meteor, I thought it sounded great.
Made a lot of valid points!👍
Appreciate that :) hope your day is awesome! 😎
Absolutely enjoyed your commentary
Thank you 😊 I really appreciate you taking the time to say that 🤓
Should I buy this shotgun650 or the interceptor 650(Alloy version)
I personally like the Shotgun better but really you can’t go wrong either way 🤓
Saying that Indian is not Indian because Polaris owns them is like saying that Jeep is not Jeep because Stellantis owns them.
No, the world is not different than yester year. The evil woke DEI kid touching trash is not ever going to work, and we are seeing it more and more clearly as time goes on.
Int is short for interceptor, not international
Got it 👍
@FASTLANEMOTO cheers!
@turbochargersutututu thanks dude Cheers to you as well my friend 🤓
Currently own a 22 Indian Scout Classic. I’ve been looking at the SG for a second bike. Haven’t had an opportunity to test ride one yet but sitting on it at the dealership, it feels a bit top heavy to me. Anyone else have a similar experience?
They do carry their weight slightly higher and definitely the scout carries it super low… but I found the Shotgun incredibly easy to ride especially in corners…. Way easier than the Scout IMO :)
@ thank you for the feedback! I’ll reserve my judgement until I’ve had the chance to ride one. Enjoy your videos sir. Just subscribed. ✌️
@ thanks man appreciate it:) I did find it encredibly interesting thought that the Interceptor 650 felt more like you are describing and they have the same basic setup…. Except for I believe the legs sit back a tiny more on the Interceptor so that’s what I was attributing it to. But IDK 🤷♂️
@@FASTLANEMOTOlooking forward to see you venture into some custom work. Be safe friend!
@spenjackson thanks man! You as well!
Back in 2016 the Harley 110 SoftTail in matte olive green with the white army star on the sides of the tank is what I wanted. Now I'm gonna go for the Scout, but if I find the Harley then I would have to get it also😅
Ha…..sounds like a “win win” scenario!!!!😎
Man! I do like the Indian bobber been looking at it for a while. After watching your vid I'm going to the Indian dealership. Can you donate a down payment? 🤣🤣🤣
Hahahahahha I’m rich in many ways but $$$$$ ain’t one of em 😂
@FASTLANEMOTO 🤣🤣🤣
@@FASTLANEMOTO my son and I are planning to get bikes and make our pilgrimage to South Dakota in the summer
Dude that is so awesome!!!! I have a buddy at work that just took the motorcycle training with his son as well….he’s like mid 50’s and now his other sons are doing the same ! Very cool man! It’s a great way to build relationship with your kids :)
i want more classic style check out RE classic 650
That’s a beautiful machine :)
I’ve been looking hard at the shotgun 650 lately, I’m going to trade my 2020 mt 07 but I’m finally gonna bite the bullet and get a cruiser style bike.
Do it Dude!!!! That’s exciting man. That Shotgun is a sick bike.
Thanks for the video. What year is this bike? I'm thinking about getting a 2025 Scout Bobber and wish it had the same light setup as the Scout Sixty or the Chief.
No problem dude. Thanks for watching. This is the 2019
Super zdravim z Česka
Thanks dude! Appreciate you watching🤓
Great review. Sub’d. 👊🏼
Thanks David! Glad you enjoyed it. Appreciate it man 🤓
