Thanks for sharing dude!!! Yeah man dont let those antiquated ideas keep you from one if you want one 😎 I see so many “Real Men” that can’t even handle those huge baggers they’re on…. Honestly it looks stupid…..and it’s stupid to ride something just because some guy that you and I dont even know or care about tells us we should or we’re not “Manly” whatever lol 😂

I did it myself….. it’s not hard at all. I have a vid showing exactly how to do the oil change and there are others out there showing how to do the Tappet adjustment….. I didn’t make a vid of the Tappet adjustment only because it was my first time ever doing it…. But I will make one the next time I do it….. it looks way harder than it actually is. Before you do any job like that just watch a few others people vids several times before you do it yourself and have your phone handy so you can revisit a vid as you go through the steps :) I’m not certain if it affects your warranty if you do the tappets yourself or not but honestly for me I want to know how to work on and maintain my own bike and it’s a really great feeling not having to rely on anyone else…. Stuart Fillingham has a vid on the Tappet adjustment and I think he may talk about whether or not it affects your warranty. The only thing I would disagree with him on is he completely removes the gasket which isn’t necessary. Let me know if there’s anything else you want to know about the bike….. I’m putting the finishing touches on a Shootout vid between the Hunter 350 and the Shotgun 650 showing their strengths and weaknesses…. Should be fun 🤓

@Seanjames570 that’s awesome dude. I really appreciate you watching from there… I’ve basically turned my channel to focus far more on Royal Enfield than any other brand. And finally gotten attention from their North American focused team… it was like two years in the making….. so I’m really hoping that my relationship with them can grow and keep getting bikes from them for long term reviews and such like The Shotgun I currently am reviewing:) There aren’t a lot of moto vloggers/ whatever I am 😂 over here that focus on RE :) Hope your day is super Blessed.

I’m actually pretty impressed for the price…. The only thing so far is a little rust where the mirror attached to the arm… the view behind me is waaaaay better and for me that’s totally worth it. The Shotgun 650 I’m doing reviews on have the official ones from Royal Enfield and cosmetically Yes they are flawless :) as far as usability/vibration etc they are about the same :) Thanks so much for watching and dropping the comment … it’s great for others in the chats who are considering to have real world feedback. 🤓

Nope I still have the 350 as well… Royal Enfield Loaned me this one to do videos for a longer term kinda review :)

Totally My youngest got a super nice drone for Christmas and he’s gonna come out with me and get some shots of me riding the bike :)

To your statement of “A beginners bike & girls bike”.. Sportster is the corvette of the Harley Hence the name SPORTS-ter You boys crack me up

The back seat is removable with a rack under it. Putting traditional bags on it will be difficult because their is no fender mounts like the supper meteor.

I’d say the Super is definitely better set up for longer distance …. But I just love the Shotgun it’s a little edgier IMO 😎

Good thinking! Is the sun shinning for ya today? We ran up to the Dalles for the holiday weekend…. Just kinda relaxing touring museums .. vineyards …. And the scenery here is so beautiful:)….. ah I need to figure out how to become independently wealthy 😂

Totally understandable dude. I’m 6.2 ….240lbs and I fit and look just fine on the Scout….never felt the need for bigger or more powerful….its plenty bike…. You’d think they’d want to sell motorcycles…. Crazy thought I know 😂

Still waiting to replace my motorcycle. I had that accident on the 21st. Getting some physical therapy so I can get back on a bike soon. Right now all I can do is watch TH-cam videos of other bikers LOL... Going to buy an Indian chief, and make up for lost time.

Nope no change… that’s just how an oil cooled engine is … they are are hot :) just double check your levels and make sure you are looking at the sight glass while the bike is on the center stand and on a level surface:) did you just recently get your bike?

@@FASTLANEMOTO Yes the bike is new . 4 months now. Is it normal in such case?

@vineethkumar6397 should be is there an engine light staying illuminated or anything? Did it seem way hotter after the oil change or did you just notice it more? If it seems incredibly different see your local dealer. As long as the oil you replaced the old with has the same specs weight and proper fill level… etc it’s not the oil.

Also the whole rant about girls bikes and the whole ‘you do you who cares just enjoy’ attitude in this video, have my sub bro 🤘🏼

Congrats on being given the bike. R E appears to be a company that puts a lot of effort into promoting their products and supporting people like your good self. How about a video or two highlighting R E's support for things like the custom builders, Build Train Race programs for women's road racing and flat track in America, road racing in India, sending a 5 man factory team and bikes to play motorcycle polo at the Malle Mlle, and building 2 purpose built support bikes for the Malle Rally. Royal Enfield, always up for fun. That was a tad long-winded, but another suggestion, THE PUB TEST. Public reaction when you park the bike at your faverite bike Pub or Cafe. Anyhow, have fun with it.
